U.S. Attorney Tony Richardson and former U.S. Attorney Karla Williams walked into the No I.D. Bar..

They were surprised by all of the faces they saw... Judge Charlotte Peterson and her boyfriend, Assistant States Attorney, Eric Becker...

"Well Hello Tony...Hi Karla...You two are still together huh? Wowww!" said Charlotte..

'We aren't together the way you may think...I no longer work at the U.S. Attorney's office...I am in Private practice and I teach at Temple  two nights a week."said Karla.

"She's my wife to be now!  I'm divorced from my wife and living and working here in Philly now!"said Tony proudly...

"Oh hush up silly" said Karla ,blushing...We are a couple...but it's not that serious yet.." she explained..

"Ouuuuuuuuu you two? A Thing?? Congratulations!"laughed Charlotte..

"And speaking of congratulations.....Congratulations to you Eric, Assistant States Attorney eh?  Nice...

and you and Charlotte....a thing huh?" said Tony...

"Thank you...Thank You...Yes, I'm going to make an honest woman out of her...We are engaged." said Eric..

"Congratulations!" said Karla, hugging Charlotte.

Attorney Elaine Young walked in...

"Hey Everybody...What did I miss?" she laughed..

As drinks came to their tables...

"Hey everybody"said Nina Rios and her boyfriend ,Carlos...

"Hi building mate.." he said to Karla.

"Heyyyy Carlos, Nina." said Karla. They all worked in the same building together.

Standing over by a party tray area....Jazzy whispered to Kayla.

"Girrrrl I was so nervous when Tony Richardson appeared in Josies a few weeks ago......My husband doesn't know about me and him, even though it was in the past, before we even got together...We still knew each other."said Jazzy..

"Ouuuuuuuu same here...I was going with Ray then, but we were kinda split up for a minute...Tony and I almost ,almost did the nasty in the parking lot...but Lt. Tragg of all people broke it up....I'm kind of thankful for that....That was back when he arrested Tony, charged him with murder." said Kayla..

Both women high fived each other...

More drinks arrived... 

" Oh Look,.Tony and Karla did come and join us./" said Olivia.

 

"Their first appearence as an official couple." said Donnie Ray.

"Tony looks gone...Deliriously in love.....I've never seen that look on his face before. I guess she put something on him.."said Beverly.

" Yeah, I guess..I think she's been putting something on him."said Nelson.

"I think they make a cute couple." said Josie..

Paris just smiled....

"I agree Josie....They do make a cute couple."said Bresha.

"The Power of the PAN-TAYS!!" laughed Beverly...

"Girrrrrrrrrrrrrl , you aint never lied...."laughed Josie..

"Look at them over there..." said Bresha.

They were in a corner ,sharing a sweet kiss..

"Tony, we are in public and uh you're getting an erection." Karla cautioned.

"He just got divorced two weeks ago...and he's that in love....I think he 's had a thing for her for a lot longer than we've known about." said Bresha's husband, Tony.

"I think you're right." said Alfreda.

"That's how I was about Bresha, after our first date."laughed Tony...

Beverly, Josie and Alfreda all went- "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW" in unison...

Rockland just laughed..... 

 "Tony looks like Karla has his nose open wide....I've never seen him like that before...He's always been "Have Penis, will remove panties." said Yvette..

Her husband Gary spit his beer out...."You have a way with words Vettie girl." he laughed.

"I'm not lying , he's had his eye on half the women in here at one time or another....but not now....It's almost like Karla has his complete attention... You know what I think? I think somehow or other , she was always the one...His one true love, his soul mate..."said Yvette.

"That's what I think too Vettie...Remember when we worked that case with him....He couldn't keep his hands off of her...The little hugs, the nudges...The way he watched her everywhere she went...I could sense it then." said Olivia.

"They are aren't they?" laughed Donnie Ray, high fiving Gary...

"He just got divorced two weeks ago...and he's that in love....I think he 's had a thing for her for a lot longer than we've known about." said Keith.

"I totally agree, you all remember a few years ago when we all worked that big case with them and she was his assistant.. He couldn't keep his hands off of her." said Bee Bee.

"I remember...She felt bad about it because he was married....but she kinda had a schoolgirl crush on him."said Sofia.

"She didn't feel that bad...and you're right she did kinda have a schoolgirl crush on him too!  He knew it and he exploited it..."laughed Kahlil. 

"I feel sorry for his wife...She was pregnant at the time..."said Bee Bee.

"With baby number three.." said Sofia.

"Yeah , well now they're divorced...and those two are free to be with each other." said Keith Jones.

"Soul Mates!" laughed Kahlil....

"I think it's nice that they found each other."said Jade.

"Let's Hope it lasts." said Jade's husband, Danny....

"True Love can be beautiful...but it takes time.," said Virginia.

"Yes indeed!" said her husband, Jetty.

"You took very little time getting in my bed....I was barely home and here you came.."laughed Virginia.

"I sure did cum that night."laughed Jetty...

"Oh hush up you nasty buzzard!" laughed Virginia.

 

"Tony and Karla both look happy." said Jazzy...

"I agree...They both had a thing for each other that goes back, way back before this."said Kayla.

"Well she no longer works for the fed and he aint married no more...They're free to do whatever they want."said Ray..

"And the way he's kissing and pawing on her ...He wants to get out of here and get into the bed with her right now.."laughed Jessica.

"And you say all I think about is sex." laughed Chip...

"It's true...look at them." said Jessica.

After a few minutes, Karla eased away from Tony and walked over to where most of the people she knew were sitting.

"Hi Karen....Liv and Vettie told me yall have a good time in here on Friday Nights and Saturday Morning.. We plan to join you tomorrow morning for Brunch."said Karla.

"Oh good, They have a fantastic brunch here...and on Sunday at Josie's they have "Super Brunch."said Karen..

"Yeah they have a band and Breakfast food ,along with a soul food buffet...I've been to it before...It's a good time." said Tony.

"Yeah so Saturday Morning and Sunday Morning that's where we'll be." said B.L.

"What do you guys do on Saturday Nights?" asked Tony...

"Well we might all go to Josie's or Aqua Bar or Stoleys or some of us go on date dates... just the two of us to the Mermaid Tavern or Bottom of the C. or  The Movies...We sometimes don't go anywhere...We wind up at Home Netflix and chillin" said Natalie.

"Or Netflix and Screwing!"joked Karla..

"Exactly!"laughed Natalie's husband, David.

"This Saturday though...We will all be at Josie's ,just hanging out after dinner at a new seafood restaurant a few blocks down from it. You guys are welcome to drive out and join us." said Brooke.

"You can park your cars behind one of our houses and walk down." said Sean.

"Yeah, if you're not doing anything, come out and join us." said Zoey....

"Yeah, it'll be a good time as you know Tony." said Lem...

"I do know....That neighborhood you guys live in has everything...Three Shopping Centers, Bars and Restaurants, A Movie Multiplex, great apartments, condos and lofts....I'm thinking about looking for a place out there to live now that I'm back..." said Tony.

"The More the merrier. That's why Tyrell and I moved out that way." said Renee.

"We actually don't have to leave our area for anything except to come to work."said Tyrell...

"Hey you two...We are having a big Thanksgiving Dinner at Kayla's house like we always do...There will be a lot of food..You two are welcome to come... We have room at my duplex if you want to spend the night...Nina and Carlos are already staying in the apartment in my sub-basement... but both Beverly and Nelson and Donnie Ray and I have additional rooms in our domicile..Just let us know..." said Olivia.

Karla hugged Olivia..

"Olivia ,You are such a sweetie pie...We won't need to stay at your place,. but we will definitely come to your Thanksgiving Dinner..."said Karla..

"Thank you Olivia..." said Tony Richardson...

They sat in a corner away from the others later on and kissed passionately

They drove in Karla's car to her house...Tony had left his car parked across the street.

"Wow!  what a night huh?" said Tony...

"Tony, I know you were joking, but you told Charlotte  I was your wife to be...Don't say things like that unless you are serious." said Karla.

"I wasn't joking! I am serious...I intend to marry you as soon as I prove myself to you...Prove that I am a serious man...No other women, just you....When I prove myself worthy, you'll let me know..." said Tony...

"After we leave here I'm ready to work up another appetite." said Rockland..

"Good Morning." said Sofia.

"Morning." said Kahlil.

"Hello!  This is a great place for Brunch on Saturday Mornings." said Karla.

"Yes, thanks for telling us about it.." said Tony.

Virginia made her and husband plates of food.

"Thank you darlin." he said.

"I love the way you guys live on the same street, work in the same building and hang out together...I love it..." said Karla....

"What's funny is...we all were working together at times and hanging out before we all wound up in the same neighborhood and same street." said Olivia..

"And working in the same building..." said Yvette....

"But now your living and working relationship just cements your closeness." said Tony..

"Exactly!" said Olivia.

As Brunch continued....

"I'm going to be looking at a loft or and apartment next week....I'd like you to come with me.."said Tony..

"Okay!" said Karla ,pleased to be involved in his decision making....

They sat at a small table in the corner and kissed passionately in between bits of food...

"No that won't be necessary...He uh hasn't caused us any trouble and he knows his ex-wife and I have been seeing each other...I plan to ask her to marry me...and knowing he's moved on is good to know, that's all. " said Derrick Rodgers as he sat back in his office chair.

and meanwhile in Philadelphia-

"I saw several nice places up with Olivia and Yvette live....I wouldn't mind living there myself.." said Karla...

They'd had a great weekend..Saturday Night at Josie's  , Sunday Morning Church service with Olivia and friends and then Super Brunch at Josies...... She had taken off work to look at possible properties for Tony in the same area that Olivia and her friends lived in...

Tony couldn't take his eyes off of her in her body suit relaxing in her home...

"Perhaps, if I find a big enough place, you could spend the weekend with me some times.." he said.
