Monday Afternoon....Two days before the hearing....
Ms. Yvette was preparing to go to Gary's house...
Jade, Myself, Bee Bee, Kahlil and Sofia had all left an hour and a half before...We were ready to deal with the lawyer representing HUSTLER's, The Gentelmen's Club that was also being sued and the lawyer representing Nathan Jurgens...The real estate mogul accused of sexually assaulting our client, Jessica Lee.. Ms. Yvette put a few briefs into her briefcase and picked up her pocketbook... She looked up and staring at her was Nathan Jurgins himself..

"Not by choice...What are you doing here?" asked Ms. Yvette.
"Look my company has decided to stay on with your firm...My partners say that they need your firms expert representation. Not just here in Philly, but in other cities we have business interests in like New York, Chicago, London, Tokyo and Los Angelas.. Ever been in Los Angelas Ms. Jones?" he asked.
"I was in San Diego last year, with my boyfriend....I didn't quite make L.A. Maybe next time."said Yvette..
"Look you guys aren't really going to represent a client , who is suing another client are you? I mean who does that? Huh? Really?" he asked.
"Look I'm getting ready to go home for the day!....In two days I suppose this company will make history okay?" said Yvette.
''Let's be real here Yvette? Can I call you Yvette?" he asked.
"That is my name." Yvette sighed..
"You've got nothing.....Nobody at that club will talk to you , They won't talk to your investigator or those four young attorneys who work for you....Why I doubt if they'll even admit that I was there...I mean I uh don't even remember if I was there that night...You don't have any proof that I had sex with her...Consensual or otherwise...All you've got is her word against mine and I assure you....My word goes a lot further in this town than some former stripper at a Gentlemen's Club..." said Nathan Jurgens..
"How did you know she was a FORMER stripper??....I thought you didn't know her? Did you know she's an Attorney now? She graduated from Penn Law around the same time as my young charges..."said Yvette..
"Really? Then she ought to know that she has no case...You have no case and my lawyer is going to make you all look very foolish in the hearing two days from now. I don't wish to see that...From what I hear you are a smart young attorney on the fast track to making partner...and you're not bad on the eyes either...my my my...." he said..
"We are done here."said Yvette..

She was lucky to get away from him...The door closed just as he got up on it..
He stomped his foot angrily !

At Gary's house...Yvette smiled at him...
"I knowwwww it was you that sent me that DVD with the evidence I needed of that creep being in that club with Jessica....I know it was you.." laughed Yvette.

At Another table...Ms. Yvette sat with ADA Karen Page, Olivia and Donnie Ray...
"You guys finishing up a case and we are getting ready to start one.." said Yvette..
"You know, if you guys finish in time...Nelson has a time share in Ocean City...We've been before..It would be real nice if you guys could join us...You know ,in a week or two..."said Olivia.
"You and B.L. could come also..."said Donnie Ray to Karen..
"Ouuuu that sounds nice.."said Karen...
Just then, Lt. Tragg walked in...
He had Jessica on his arm, He scanned the room..He saw all of us...and he smirked..
Jessica spoke..
"Ms. Jones, how are you? We ready to go tomorrow?" she asked..
"Ready as we'll ever be." said Yvette..
''Arthur and I went to the Zoo, we fed the ducks and then we went on the fairy over to Camden to the Aquarium..Now we are stopping here for a bit of lunch.."said Jessica, gushing..
"Never figured you to be such an animal lover Lieutenant."said Donnie Ray, smiling raffishly...
"Oh yesss...I'm very much into uh Natural things.." he said smiling sheepishly...
"Ouuuu Lieutenant are you blushing?" asked Olivia, smiling..
"I don't believe so Oliva..I don't do things like that!...Now if you'll excuse us.."said Lt. Tragg, taking Jessica by the hand and smiling at Olivia and Yvette, who despite their often adversarial relationship in court with him, were two women he actually had come to like.
''That's our client...What the hell is she doing with Lt. Tragg?" asked a puzzled Ms. Yvette..
"This was all a little show ...I guess he calls himself making me jealous."said Karen..
''Well, are you?" asked Olivia, laughing...
''Hell No...She can have him...At least he isn't bothering me.."said Karen...
"That's our client...What the hell is she doing with Lt. Tragg?" I asked..
"Looks like she's having Iced Tea."said Beverly..
Jessica and Lt. Tragg were sipping Ice tea and laughing sheepishly at each other...
Bee Bee, Sofia and Kahlil cracked up laughing at Beverly's remark...
"Wow...What does she see in Lt. Tragg?" asked Josie..."She must not know him.." she added..
''Every dog has his day.."laughed Nelson...
I don't know what was going on...But Lt. Tragg and Jessica sat at a table ,laughing sheepishly, talking and drinking Iced Tea seemingly oblivious to all of us..
Even Sam Mother smiled and shook his head.

HOURS LATER!
Ms. Jade was standing outside the house of former exotic dancer, Jackie Shannon...She was Jessica's closest friend...The one who fixed her up with Nate Jurgens...and who is seen on the video tape Yvette received practically brokering the deal and handing Jessica the baby doll she would wear to dance with Nathan Jurgens that night...
She had stopped working shortly after the rape and had vacated her apartment.....Jade had tracked her down to this house she was renting...and found her dead!!!!
"It looks like a suicide...An overdose of pills...and alcohol...I've seen it many times.." said Dr. Hazel Baylor..Deputy Coroner

Jessica downed five drinks....
Lt. Tragg didn't drink anything...in fact he was getting ready to order more....

She spotted Nathan Jurgens in the bar...He was smart enough to know that this was a cop bar and she was more than likely with a cop...He stomped his foot in anger and slithered out...
"Arthur would you mind driving me home? The hearing I'm involved in is tomorrow." she said..Suddenly worried about seeing Nathan Jurgens.
''Sure Baby!" said Lt. Tragg, now excited..He paid the tab..
"You Live here?" asked Lt. Tragg...They were in front of the Irish Pub....It was a nice clean block and a nice enough establishment, but not where he imagined she'd live.
"I mean...I-I just thought .." he said..
"I know what you thought....I live upstairs....It's a condo....with a great view...
The condo upstairs is fabulous...you should see it!"said Jessica..
"Yeahhh baby! I'd like to see it." he said raffishly...
''But not tonight!! I've got to get some sleep....I've got to be at that hearing tomorrow."said Jessica.
"I can't come up for uh coffee?" he asked..
"There is a Starbucks down the street Arthur if you need coffee...Good Night...Thanks for the drinks and the wonderful time I had today....Could I trouble you to pick me up in the morning? " asked Jessica.
."Yeah.....No problem..."said a very livid Arthur Tragg as he turned and walked away..
