Mr. Solitz, I Presume

"Caucasian Male, mid to late forties, six foot four inches tall, 256 pounds...shot in chest with one .44 caliber slug, causing instant death...shot through hand in a defensive pose with a second .44 caliber slug." said one Crime Scene Investigator, while another one snapped a photo of the crime scene.

"From Body Temperature  and lividity, I put time of death at around 11:30 pm- 11:45 pm...making him dead for at least eight hours.." said Deputy Coroner, Dr. Hazel Baylor.

"He was dead before he hit the floor, but he lost massive amounts of blood, due to the cuts his body received when he fell through this glass.....Hmmmm this is a nice shower....I wouldn't mind having this design in my house.." she mused.

"His ID here in the living room says he's Lenny Flabberghast..."said one of the Detectives on the scene.

"Yeah, I know who he is...I busted him recently for Murder....He was out on bail..Guess he won't need a trial now...he went and got himself killed... Anybody see or hear anything?" asked Lt. Tragg.

"Nobody we saw asked anything, but two of the neighbors said they heard two loud pops...sounded like firecrackers around midnight." said one of the detectives..

"That was the murder happening."said Lt. Tragg.  "Where was his wife?" he asked.

"She was out with some friends....We've got her and two other ladies down at the station." said one of the detectives.

''Alright, roll him up and get him outta here. Girls get me the autopsy report as soon as possible." said Lt. Tragg..

"Hey I know him...That's the Celebrity Attorney...He won that Blakemore Case a few years back." said Nelson.

"Yes and he hasn't stopped talking about it since then...He wrote a Best Selling Book about it...has done about 100 interviews on Television, Radio and Podcasts and has been trying to get it made into a movie.

And there in lies his problem.. a few years ago....Some friends of yours.. Yvette Jones-Lockwood and her associates, Keith Jones, Beatrice Evans-Jones, Sofia Garcia -Ahmed, Kahlil Ahmed and Jade Lee 

had a client named George Barnes.. He was on trial for Money Laundering and Wire Fraud. They got a hung jury..10 for acquittal, 1 for conviction and 1 undecided..They did as well as they could.

 

 

George Barnes ,for reasons no one understood fired them and hired William Lehmann, the celebrity attorney...

He had been on HARD BOTTOM a few times and a consultant on other TV shows on legal matters...He was on TV more than he was in the courtroom..

James Solitz put another glossy on the table.

"This is the late Lenny Flabberghast... He was William Lehmann's latest client...Arrested and charged with murdering his business partner, Wally Gleason...They were involved in some business payoff scame.

Well William Lehman was up to his old tricks again...Back in Los Angelas peddling a new book and meeting with movie studios..

"Yes....That's the favor I desperately need Olivia. "I'm giving you this retainer and may I ask that you keep this a secret....I don't want him to think that I uh like him or something....I just think Lt. Tragg got it wrong."said James Solitz..

"We forgot to get this information yesterday when we visited you at Central Booking." said Josie.

"So we are here to get them today and we have an entire weekend to look these people up and prep them for Tuesday's Arraignment." said Bresha.

''So Olivia tell me, who is my secret benefactor?" asked William Lehmann.

"Your Benefactor prefers that I uh keep their identity a secret...and under attorney/client privilege, I must honor that." said Olivia.

 

"You're a shrew woman Olivia....I like that!" said William ,smiling.

"Can I have your autographs?" gushed Laura Faberghast.....
