Whoever shot him calmly walked down the hall and down the side door, exiting out of the back entrance..
The five of us were en route to his office with a restraining order and a cease and desist letter and a letter informing him of our intent to sue him for damages on behalf of our clients..
"Usually it's just me and Shortcake on these little missions... We all must really be bored ,for all of us to be coming along for this.. " I said, smiling..
''We are!! We haven't had a big case in weeks...What we need is a nice juicy murder case." joked Olivia..

The minute we stepped into the office, we saw the lifeless body of Stephen Bowers III on the floor, one arm slumped in the waste basket, the rest of him on the floor in a pool of blood.
"Ugh Oh,looks like he had a visitor before us." I said.
''And they weren't too happy with him either." said Nelson..
"Is he dead?" asked Bresha, finishing her sentence..
I took his pulse... He was dead!
"Yeah, he's dead...and from the feel of his body...It's still warm.. he hasn't been dead that long,,about an hour or so....We just missed running into his killer." I said.
