 "Lenny....as your wife's attorney, I don't have to reveal her whereabouts to you....You know that...Right now I'm in the middle of  creating a defense for her on these murder charges...My advice for you is to get yourself some legal counsel...She has intimated to me that she intends to divorce you." said Yvette.

I stared daggers at him....He stared daggers at my wife's breast with no respect for the fact that I was standing near her.It was good for him that he didn't touch her.

Bee Bee felt uncomfortable around him alone or otherwise and sat by me with her arms interlocked with mine.

But none of us budged...

"His wife is about to go on trial for murder and this guy could care less." said Kahlil..

Under Yvette's instructions... Bee Bee called the Medical Examiner's Office and asked for a lab technician to come up here and collect what we had bagged.

We communicated with Laverne ,all of the days events by Portal..

"Well I assume he's cooling his heels in the Cooler. That means this will be a good night."said Karen.

"You like that huh B.L.?" laughed Natalie, who was tickled pink when she heard the news.

"You gotta admit...It is Ironic and it is funny." said David.

''Serves him right...You know he should seek psychiatric attention." said Brooke.

"Yes, all jokes aside, really." said Sean...

"I'm so glad he doesn't really know me, doesn't have an axe to grind with me." said Zoey..

"Same here...I'd go to jail for attempted murder." said her husband, Lem.

Renee laughed loudly upon hearing Lem.

"Let's drink up, here comes the second round." exclaimed Renee's husband, Tyrell.

As more drinks arrived.

Laverne Leal, free on bail and under no court ordered restrictions hung out with us tonight too!

"Good Morning  everyone...Looks like we all had a great night." said Dabnis, smiling.. "Good Morning." he said.

"Goood Morning! we did!"said Kayla.

"Nice Night last night and every body looks refreshed for the morning....I wish every couples night could be like that." said Ray.

 Natalie and David Charles and Brooke and Sean Marks and Zoey and Lem were already on the train when we got on...They got on a station before all of us...

"Well Hello...It''s Fri-yay!" said Natalie..

So we all got off at the same stop and entered our building.

We all ate breakfast in our building's cafeteria...

We then retreated to our conference room....

"This feels so good I was starving...I needed a good breakfast.."said Ms. Virginia.

Bee Bee and Sofia did their research Like Cases, Laws pretaining to this type of case, other Capital Cases, Predicates.

Kahlil and I studied Autopsy Reports, Witness statements....There wasn't many of them...We wrote down questions...

In our media room , Bee Bee  and I, Ms. Yvette, Sofia and Kahlil picked perspective jurors and spoke of trial strategy....

Ms. Virginia kept plenty of coffee, bagels, cream cheese and jelly and doughnuts in the conference room for us...

Jade returned from the M.E.'s Office with the DNA results we wanted..She showed it to Ms. Yvette.

"I was kind of hoping this would be wrong..."said a somber Ms. Yvette.
