"But she hasn't confirmed them either..." said Attorney Wade Flemmings..

"Doesn't Matter....When the photos surface...from an anonymous source...She'll have to address it..and the Governor will have to conduct a probe into her conduct...There is nothing her brain trust of lawyers can do...They won't know where the photos came from...They can't trace it to us...We'll just say we got it from an anonymous source also...Hell, she might even resign behind it..Bottom line...the prosecution of you will fall by the wayside and you'll be free and clear." said Bryce Barnes.

THE BRIDGE BUILDING-

We were all at breakfast..

 

 Ms Yvette told us that Tanya was staying across the street in Olivia and Beverly's Office/duplex in the sub-basement..and that she was set up to work remotely from there.

"I suspect Greg is staying there with her...We probably won't see him today." said Yvette with a wry smile.

"Olivia provides us with a lot..She's got a law library, a media room...and that sub-basement apartment ,which has accomodated a lot of our friends and clients."I said, smiling.

"Beverly told me that before they bought that Duplex...People lived on all three floors and that sub-basement was where the B-Mechanic lived..." said Bee Bee.

"Olivia bought it.. had it gutted and turned the first floor into a conference room and an office and turned the small adjacent building into the law library and media room." said Sofia.

"And of course the sub-basement got a new bed, a working bathroom and shower and a new set of drawers as well as that large screen TV with streaming and cable...Not a bad deal." said Kahlil.

"I stayed there while I waited for my house to be finished. and my things were in storage." said Jade.

"So did Jetty and me." said Virginia.

"Ummmmph, we gave that bed a real work out." remembered Jetty.

"SHHHHHHHHH!" said Ms. Virginia, laughing and remembering how much lovemaking they did in that bed..

 

"I think it's terrible what they are doing to Tanya Mosley...Trying to disparage her good name." said Jazzy.
 

"They never wanted her in that position...Bryce Barnes has unsuccessfully run against her twice and both times he's slung mud her way... I mean you don't see him...but I know he's in the background, pulling strings....I know it." said her husband, Dabnis.

"You're probably right Dabnis! So what if she's in a personal relationship with the Special Prosecutor...He works for her..Donnie Ray is my cousin Olivia's investigator and they're married...Nelson and Beverly are married and they work for her...Look at Keith and Bee Bee and Sofia and Kahlil, Not to mention, Nat and David and Renee and Tyrell."said Kayla...

"Or you and me for that matter...It's different and you know that...She hired him to bring charges against a very powerful attorney...and she's having a personal relationship with him...It's not illegal, but it doesn't look good.." said Ray.

"I don't understand why it doesn't look good...It's not like a Judge , sleeping with a prosecutor.. This is  two people on the same side...."said Jessica.

"Look at Diane "Hot Panties " and "Lawyer Bae."...They often prosecute  a suspect together and everybody knows his shoes are parked under her bed..."said her husband, Chip.. 

"Chip makes a point there." said Karen, laughing.

"The thing with her... a LOT of people's shoes were parked under her bed....for awhile."laughed Natalie.

"My shoes are parked under your bed." whispered her husband David to her..

"They have been for quite awhile baby." said Natalie to him, rewarding him with a soft kiss.

Brooke smiled..

"I hope this situation gets resolved and soon." said Brooke's husband, Federal Public Defender, Sean Marks.

"Tanya is ultimately going to have to take him off the case and assign someone else." said Zoey.

"Yeah, that's the only thing that will shut them up." said her husband, Lem.

"I think they are trying to force her to resign....They don't want either of them involved in this case."said Renee.

"Then they can assign some lightweight.,who will lose the case and set him free."said her husband, Tyrell.

"That does seem like the move."said Tony Billips, husband to Bresha Billips,one of Tanya's attorneys.

"Olivia and Beverly and Yvette and the gang aren't going to let that happen."said Paris Boyd, husband to Josie Boyd, one of Tanya's attorneys..

"Oh to have your confidence..."laughed Ms. Yvette.

''Where do you think he is right now Ms. Yvette?" I asked.

''Probably in bed with Tanya, sleeping or waking up." said Ms. Yvette with a smile.

"I think he's in love." said Bee Bee.

'She's in love too!" said Sofia.

"You two are such romantics." said Kahlil..

Ms. Yvette looked at the four of us and smiled.

II-

That same morning, in Olivia and Beverly's sub-basement apartment.

Tanya had just awakened....

Greg had showered and put back on his suit from the day before..

"I'm going and get my car, meet with Yvette and them and then go home and pack an overnight bag.Then I'm coming back here to stay with you,,,It's the only place you and I can have any privacy." he said and pulled Tanya to him...

"Why don't you stay and have breakfast with us?"she asked.

"I could do that...but first, I want some more dessert from last night..heh heh heh?" he laughed..

"You are soooooooo badddddd!" she giggled..

They began kissing passionately....

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMMM YOU ARE SOOOOOOO BADDDDD!" she giggled.

He dropped his  trousers

"OUUUUUUUUUUUU LOOK AT YOUU! OH MY GODDD!  YOU ARE A HORSE!" she exclaimed...

"OUUUUUUUUUUU DON'T PULL MY PANTIES DOWN...WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!" she pleaded.

He ignored her and slippped them down and off and lifted her up and entered her.

He placed her on the bathroom sink ,spread her legs and entered her again...

His suit jacket was the bathroom floor and his trousers were down to his ankles...

TWO HOURS LATER-

"Dig in everybody..." said Alfreda..

Pancakes, Hash Browns, Sausages, Omelettes, Hot Coffee and Orange Juice were served..

"Oh My God, Olivia, this is incredible...." said a very impressed Greg Garland..

"Olivia, everything  looks and smells delish." said Tanya,. 

"Well like Alfreda said, dig in.." said Olivia.

 

"There is plenty of food..Glad you could join us Greg." said Donnie Ray.

"You going to meet with Yvette today?" asked Beverly...

"I am...I'm uh going to catch the train a few blocks over...It'll take me right there...That's where my car is...In their indoor garage... I gave Bert Vandenberg the slip...Flattened all four of his tires and left in a rental car."said Greg.

Nelson laughed as he fixed a plate... "Good Move." he said.

"So he was the Private Investigator who followed you guys and leaked the evidence." said Josie.

"We would have never known except we found out he rented a villa in his own name, not far from where we were....Found out he was paid by a dummy company, owned by....wait for it.. Bryce Barnes....

No Offense Donnie Ray, but Jade is a good investigator.."laughed Greg.

"Oh No offense taken ,She is a good investigator.."laughed Donnie Ray.

''Wow..He's lost to you twice...he just won't stop..." said Bresha.

"No he won't...but I aim to make him pay a hefty price this time." said Tanya.

"You get him girl." said Alfreda.

THE BRIDGE BUILDING-

OUR CONFERENCE ROOM- 

 "Greg called...He's coming in today...He spent the night at Olivia's house." said Yvette.

"I'm surprised." I said, smiling.

"Man can't live by sex alone." joked Bee Bee.

''We've got to work on our strategy to protect him." said Sofia.

"Yeah, what will we do?" asked Kahlil.

''Well we know that Bert Vandenberg was the private investigator who followed them to the islands and rented a villa near them...We know that his airline tickets and his villa was paid for by a dummy company owned by Bryce Barnes...We are going to put them on the defensive.... Tanya Mosley isn't the only one with an axe to grind." said Jade.

"I've got subpoenas ready for all of them..." said Ms. Yvette.

"Just point me in the direction girl." said Ms. Virginia.

"Sounds Good to me." said Gregory Garland , who had just entered the conference room and was clapping his hands.

III-

The photos began to leak to the internet and to the newspapers and television stations.. Stories about States Attorney Tanya Mosley and special Prosecutor, Gregory Garland spread across the city... Peoples tongues were wagging everywhere..

Attorney Bryce Barnes, two time States Attorney candidate spoke to the press...

"In light of these photos ,which my office received from an anonymous source are very disturbing, very disturbing...for a week now...We have been trying to get States Attorney Tanya Mosley to comment on these allegations and for two weeks she has refused to comment...

These two, States Attorney Tanya Mosley and Special Prosecutor Greg Garland , who she hired has violated laws regulating the use of public monies, This is an irreparable conflict of interest. and appears to have violated their oaths of office under the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disqualified from prosecuting Mr. Wade Flemming.”he said.

"I am Wallace Payton, Attorney for Mr. Flemming.. and what I see here is Tanya Mosley, the States Attorney....The States Attorney was treated to a lavish and clandestine romantic vacation paid for by Mr. Gregory Garland, using the legal fees he’s been paid by the Office of the States Attorney. The Governor has signed a new bill for a statewide Prosecuting Attorneys Statewide Qualifications Commission (PAQC) with the power to investigate complaints against District Attorneys and States Attorneys like Tanya Mosley and remove people like her if they have sufficient cause. The law outlines a series of offenses for which a prosecutor can be removed, including “misconduct in office”. She has misbehaved in the bedroom." he said. This was met by raucous laughter...

THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY BRYCE BARNES- AN HOUR LATER!

He looked up only to see all of us in his office.

"WHAT? WHAT IS THIS?" he said, shocked.

 

 "This is a cease and desist order....You've made false and damning statements about my client, Gregory Garland, statements which you offer not a speck of proof about... We want an end to the Press Conferences and false allegations...Or we plan to sue you...Plain and simple." said Ms. Yvette.

"This is a subpoena.For you, Bedtime Reading.." I said and placed it in his hands.

Bee Bee smiled..."Don't worry you're going to have your day in court and we are going to air all of this out in a hearing...Bring proof , because we have proof to the contrary." said Bee Bee.

''We looked it up...A Relationship is not unethical or illegal...And use of public funds has not been proven. How would you even know that?" asked Sofia.

"Take your time...Save it for the hearing." said Kahil.

"You guys seem to have the axe to grind and not us." said Jade.

"See You in court." said Ms. Yvette as we walked out of his office...

THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY WALLACE PAYTON

Unlike Bryce Barnes, Wallace Payton  didn't look shocked...He actually looked like he was expecting, Olivia and company...He turned and smiled.

"Olivia ,it's been awhile...To what do I owe this visit?" he said smiling. 

 "This is a cease and desist order....You've made false and damning statements about my client, States Attorney  Tanya Mosley, statements which you offer not a speck of proof about... We want an end to the Press Conferences and false allegations...Or we plan to sue you...Plain and simple." said Olivia.

 

Donnie Ray smiled and passed him a subpoena.

"That's a subpoena Mr. Payton...but you know that. You've passed out quite a few in your day." said Beverly...

"Don't worry Mr. Payton, you're going to have your day in court and we are going to air all of this out in a hearing...Bring proof , because we have proof to the contrary." said Nelson.

"You and your buddy Bryce Barnes have  dragged States Attorney Tanya Mosley's name in the mud...

Now you're going to have to show and prove.." said Josie.

"Looks like you guys have an axe to grind and not her." said Bresha.

''Anymore lurid photos just happen to come up and we'll be back and we'll be suing you personally." said Olivia.

"Olivia I don't know what you're talking about." said Wallace Payton.

"Yes you do. You do and your Private Investigator, Bert Vandenberg will be getting one of these too!" said Olivia.

"We'll see you in court." said Beverly...

''Always a pleasure Olivia." he said, smiling cooly as they left, but he was worried.. This was never supposed to come back to them...They obviously had more information than they had a right to know., He was deeply concerned about this affecting his client's case. He grabbed his burner phone and called Bryce Barnes immediately.

IV-

States Attorney Tanya Mosley and Special Prosecutor, Gregory Garland appeared in public for the first time in weeks and the first time since they were ambushed at the airport, returning from Barbados.

"I still plan to prosecute Wade Flemmings for his crimes and the person I picked to prosecute him Is Special Prosecutor, Gregory Garland... He comes to this office with a ton of experience.  I would not have picked him for this if I did not have supreme confidence in his capabilitues." she said.

" Wade Flemming...Wade Flemming's upcoming indictment is the result of his handling of shares in a pharmaceutical company named Biochem Pharma. During his representation of marijuana dealer Claude Bubois. Flemming had transferred a large portion of DuBois's assets into his own accounts. The stock, worth about $5.9 million, was supposed to be included in the forfeiture of assets that DuBois made as part of a plea bargain. 

It had been held by Flemming because it would be sold immediately if it came into government possession, but it was expected to rise dramatically in value. Flemming later refused to turn it over, saying that it was payment of his legal fees and not part of DuBois's asset forfeiture.

 In addition, Flemming said that the stock was collateral for loans that he had received, and so could not be sold until the loans were repaid.

These arguments were rejected by the court; the stock rose in value to about $20 million, and Flemming then argued that, if he turned over the stock so that it could be sold, he was entitled to keep the difference between what it was valued at when he received it and its new, higher price.

 After Flemming was imprisoned for six weeks in 2016 for contempt of court, Bryce Barnes, a partner at his law firm raised the money that enabled Flemming to turn the stock over to the government, and he was released.

If convicted of these charges...he faces disbarrment and 1- 3 years in prison.  This is a very important case. I plan to prove this in a court of law... he is not off the hook by a long shot and he and the people behind him's attempt to discredit both of us , to turn the public and state government against the two of us will not deter the States Attorney office from persuing this matter." said  Greg.

"HOW LONG HAVE YOU AND YOUR BOSS BEEN SLEEPING TOGETHER?" asked a reporter.

"Come on..''You know my office just won a landmark Voting rights case that kept illegal redrawn districting from disenfranchising major African-American and Latino districts , how come no one wants to talk to me about that? We also won a major Police Reform case that will be beneficial to all of our citizens under my direction...I mean these things are things worth talking about...Not my personal life."said Tanya Mosley.

"Did  Mr. Garland pay for your vacation with Public Funds Ms. Mosley?" asked another question.. "Are you two planning to get married?" , How Long have you two been canoodling/" asked another reporter.

"Is it true you two met in Atlanta during the Black Lawyers Consortium and have been a couple since then?" " How bout you two kiss for the cameras?"asked other reporters as cameras snapped.

"Okay that's it... That is all guys." said Tanya, ending the Presser.

Linda, Gort, Alvin Davis and us, Ms. Yvette, Myself, Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and Ms. Jade, Olivia, Donnie Ray, Beverly, Nelson, Josie and Bresha all stood behind her...We left with her.

 

 

 

''All they want to talk about is who is getting in my panties...Nothing else..." said Tanya sadly...

"The Public is fickle baby...and the press , which should be leading the public by example I'm afraid is just as fickle...They're looking for the big headline...and unfortunately....sex sells." said Ms. Yvette.

That night

In Olivia's sub-basement...

Greg tried his best to comfort Tanya...

"They did a good job , they served cease and desist on both Bryce Barnes and Wallace Payton,which means with out proof you won't be seeing any more press conference's from them and no more statements about us.. Anyway...the hearing is going to clear all of this up." said Gregory, holding her in his arms..

"Doesn't matter...you heard those reporters...Tongues are still wagging around the city...All they want to talk about is you and me, our not so secret relationship..and those photos, everybody has seen them and more could come out.." said Tanya..

"Shhhhhhhhhhhh, baby don't worry about it..." he quietly whispered...

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" she said..

He took her in his arms 

and slipped her panties downs....

They lie across the bed , kissing passionately...

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SWEET BABY! I'VE WANTED TO DO THIS TO YOU ALL DAYYYYYY!" he moaned..
