"He's been looting the Southeastern Pennsylvania Construction Workers Pension Fund for close to a year, totalling Millions...and no one even suspected...Until you two started searching ironically for the man who was blackmailing him...Wonder how he found out?" asked Sharon..

"We'll never know...I'm certain he's dead....Unfortunately...The man who killed him, who tried to kill me and Kevin is also dead now..." said Bonnie Shay.

''And this whole thing started over a simple missing persons case."said Sharon.

"I had a client, a friend of my wife, who was looking for her fiance...She feared he had gotten cold feet about the wedding and had skipped off...She hadn't seen him in three weeks..."I said.

"And I had a client...A former employee who was looking for her husband......a guy who I'd seen around my office.. His name was Joey Amin...well it turns out my client's husband and his client's fiance are one and the same man....and his real name was Arthur Anderson.. While he was coming to my office, He was privy to 10 companies that we do business with at the insurance company and he found out that certain CFO's were skimming funds...and he contacted them, unknown to us ,posing as an employee and began blackmailing them."said Bonnie.

"WHATTTTTTTTT?" laughed Sharon..

"A closer look showed that he was a Grifter and Con Man out of New York City..and he was Blackmailing about 10 different CFO;s from companies that do business with Cyclops Insurance..and had them transferring money into  his account here in Philly and one in the Caymen Islands... Bonnie hacked into his accounts and transferred the  their money back to the people involved and gave them a stern warning about skimming any more money from their companies tills...We found out that he was blackmailing Andre Davis also....Somehow or another he found out that Andre Davis had been looting the Southeast Pennsylvania Construction Workers Pension Fund for close to a year...He had Andre Davis, who is not a client of  Cyclops Insurance paying him 50K a month...All of that stopped about four weeks ago the last time Joey Amin/Arthur Anderson was seen alive...." I said.

"The trail of Joey Amin had all but gone cold until my former employee, the one who was looking for her husband came here to work...I don't know what happened between them....but she emailed me and faxed me all of the information we turned over to you guys concerning the lucrative operation he had going on with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Construction Workers Pension Fund...It was his little piggy bank...Kevin and I contacted them and the payments stopped and I helped them recoup all of the money he had been lifting from them....His bank account now has about $70.00 dollars in it roughly...after having had millions." said Bonnie.

"WOW!  This is a comedy of errors... I contacted all of his Credit Card Companies and they have put a hold on his cards....Let's go get him."said Todd Dellums.

As we got on the elevators and headed to the 25th floor, looking at the fish and aquatic life surrounding us in the beautiful tanks outside of the elevators.

OFFICES OF Davis Investments and Securities...

Everyone in the office was stunned when we walked in...

"FBI!!! THIS IS A RAID!"said Deputy FBI/ATF Special Agent in charge, Sharon Hopkins...

FBI AGENTS Flooded the office as all 42 employees looked stunned..

Bonnie and I were behind them...

"I am Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Dellums and I have a warrant....Where is your boss Andre Davis?" he asked.

"I don't know..When I came in this morning...There was a message on my phone, saying he wasn't coming in today..."said his Office Manager and assistant....

" Okay...we'll find him..."Okay boys, box up all of their financial records....That's evidence....LISTEN
EVERYBODY....YOU CAN ALL GO HOME FOR TODAY, TOMORROW TOO!  THIS OFFICE IS CLOSED...IT IS AN ACTIVE CRIME SCENE....PACK YOUR THINGS!!!!"declared Todd as Andre's Office manager and 42 employees all packed their things and exited the office.. In all it took THREE HOURS....The FBI AGENTS packed all of the financial records, including the notorious second ledger, which detailed the transfers from the Southeastern Pennsylvania Construction Workers Pension Fund to his accounts...

"LOCK IT UP BOYS.LET'S GO.... BONNIE, KEVIN...THANK YOU AGAIN!" said Todd Dellums..

As we exited the Aquadom Building....

A little while later, we were all in Sam Mother's Diner...

"So they closed the office and boxed up all of his records, but no sign of him eh?" asked my wife Sepia.

"Yep....U.S. Attorney Dellums had a court order..There is a Federal Arrest warrant for Andre Davis's arrest for Wire Fraud, Securities Fraud and Extortion.."said Bonnie.

"What about Joey?  "asked Ashley Johnson.

"There wasn't enough to get him charged with murder...or even solicitation of murder and conspiracy...He did try to have Bonnie and I killed, but there wasn't enough evidence...but the charges we do have against him will put him away for a very long time!" I assured her.. "Joey Amin/Arthur Anderson, He is most likely dead....Where his remains are...I don't know....and the one man who could tell us...is dead himself." I said, "But on a more pleasent note..How is the new job?" I asked.

"Oh I love it..." said Ashley....and I love the new apartment too....And my hours are such, I have plenty of time to study for the bar..." said Ashley...

"That's impossible...Well here..Take my debit card...." said a now perturbed and slightly irritated Andre Davis.

"WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTT?" said Andre Davis..

"My Manager would like to talk to you..." said the waiter..

"I'll be right back...Surely this is a big mistake....I'll have this cleared up in a minute. I have excellent credit and over 3 million dollars in my bank account...This is impossible!" he said to Shelby...He was very embarrassed.

Shelby was slightly irritated.... "I hope this guy isn't another phony fly guy...I've had my share of them." she thought.

"Mr. Davis,I don't know what you're trying to pull here, but you've given us five credit cards and they've all been declined...and you gave us a debit card and THAT was declined...Now you owe us a bill for the room last night and your dinner and breakfast..."said the manager.

"I don't like the way you worded that....What do you mean what am I trying to pull? I'll have you know I run a million dollar company...Now something is going on...I have millions.."said  Andre Davis...

"Well Moneybags...Just pay us the $825.37 you owe us for the room and your two meals."said the Manager.

"I'll write a check...Hmmmmph...You'll never get my business again, that's for sure."grumbled Andre...

"With all your declined Credit and Debit cards...It seems like you're giving us the business.."said the Manager, snarkily...

"Hmmmmph!" snarled Andre Davis.. He walked in the dining room and fetched Shelby...

"Come on let's get out of here." he said angrilly...

"Everything okay?" she asked..

"Yeah, everything is fine." grumbled Andre Davis.

"Fairchild! Run this check across the street to the bank and cash it immediately."said the manager..

"Yes sir!"said Fairchild.

Andre and Shelby got in his 2023 Tesla and pulled off..

Fairchild returned... "Sir...the check bounced...." he said.

"WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT???  CALL THE POLICE!!! What a chisler!"said the manager.

"A Man in his employ named Chino Watkins killed Joey Amin...and then tried to kill me and Bonnie..That didn't work out too good for Chino....He's on a slab in the morgue...My name is Kevin Morris..I'm a Private Investigator....Two women asked me to find Joey Amin....I couldn't find him...but I found out that he was extorting money from 10 people,including your client and what he had on your client was that he was stealing the Southeastern Pennsylvania Construction Workers Pension Fund Blind and had been doing so for about a year...to the tune of millions. "But I KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO THE SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA CONSTRUCTION WORKERS PENSION FUND AND I CAN PROVE IT... Deputy FBI/ATF Special Agent in charge, Sharon Hopkins put the cuffs on him...

"I'll be down Andre....I'll get you arraigned.."said his lawyer..

FEDERAL COURTROOM-

AUSA Todd Dellums argued eloquently that Andre Davis was a menace, who abused his power for a year and was bilking thousands of honest working men and women out of their pension money...He argued that he should be held without bail...

Attorney Richard Steele argued eloquently that Andre Davis was a successful businesman and an officer of the court and had no prior criminal record.....He had 10 charactor witnesses testify to Andre's good charactor...

Andre sat pensively....

But this Judge didn't want to hear that...He ordered Andre Davis held with no bail......

Andre Davis was outraged...

His Attorney, Richard Steele was shocked at the Judge's decision....

Andre looked out at the courtroom....

He saw me, Bonnie Shay and Gail McCloud sitting in the visitors section.....He had no idea that Gail had given us the information we needed to blow this case wide open... He'd never know..

He recognized the Judge...

"I remember you...You were a U.S. Attorney...You prosecuted my dad...You sent him away for life...Now you're a Judge." he said.

"That's right and I'm overseeing your trial...Looks like I've come full circle."said Judge Bill Strong.

EPILOUGE-

Andre Davis was convicted of Wire Fraud ,Securities fraud and General Extortion in the case of the

Southeastern Pennsylvania Construction Workers Pension Fund and sentenced to 25 years in Federal

Prison...He is in Lompoc Federal Prison, right outside San Diego, California... The weather is warm and some nights when he gazes out of his cell window, He can see the Moon and the Beach..

There wasn't enough evidence to charge him with conspiring to murder Bonnie and me , nor of ordering the murder of Joey Amin. Joey Amin was never seen or heard from again..He is presumed to be dead...His disapearence and probable murder is still unsolved..

SAM MOTHER'S DINER-

Sepia, Bonita and I and Ashley, Bonnie and Gail Mccloud, who had been newly re-instated at Cyclops Insurance all had lunch at Sam Mother's Diner.. We had finished and paid for our meals and was just sitting around, enjoying cups of coffee Sam gave us on the house for being loyal customers.

"Well. I'm glad we can finally say with the conviction of Andre Davis, this Joey Amin business can finally be put to rest....Even though we never did find him..."I said.

"Both of them were predators, blackmailing people, taking their money and living high off the hog with their ill gotten gains." said Sepia 

as she sipped her coffee.

"I'm sure their victims are sleeping a lot more peacefully now that they both are gone." said Bonita.

Who was the only one amongst us who was drinking tea and not coffee.

"I feel like I dodged a bullet....Not getting married or further involved with that creep Joey....Good riddance to him, whereever he is.. I'm loving my new job, my new apartment and studying for the bar and I've been out on two dates, with two different guys and I think this guy in my apartment building likes me too!" said Ashley...

Drinking her coffee..

"That's my girl...That's how we Jersey girls do it! "said my wife Sepia, high fiving her..

I just laughed.

"Live your life girl!"said Bonita.

"And you baby girl...You really redeemed yourself.. You helped us break open the case."said Bonnie ,looking at Gail McCloud..

"Thank you for hiring me back Ms. Bonnie...I had no Idea my husband was going through sensitive materials ,I carelessly left out...That will never happen again."said a grateful Gail McCloud..

"I believe that's ex-husband.." I said.

"Yes.Even though he has vanished and been missing for a month...that and his criminal activities will be more than enough for me to get you a divorce.....I am an Attorney also...don't forget." said Bonnie..

Meanwhile, the corpse of Joey Amin remains at the bottom of the river wrapped in a black body bag and preserved in cement overshoes.
