Attorney Miles Ellis sat in his office...

He mulled over an offer he had for an interview at a minority owned law firm in San-Francisco... The HUXLEY firm...It offered a unique opportunity to start out as an Associate Attorney and quickly move up as a partner..This is what he was looking for..

Being an Assistant District Attorney here in Philly hadn't been that bad...He had won 72 cases and lost three...but the three he lost were high profile cases and they had left a bad taste in his mouth..He began to think that maybe he should give the corporate world another try....

A WEEK LATER - SAN-FRANCISCO!

He hadn't been in San-Francisco in a year...He forgot how much he loved it...He walked into the office and saw a familiar figure...

 The Suite was very nice.... Both Alex and Miles Ellis was impressed and they smiled at each other..
