We were in court, An Arraignment and Bail hearing for our latest client...
"Judge Reynolds and his wife are on vacation...They went away for the week..."said Sofia..
''Any other Judges that hate Lt. Tragg?" asked Yvette, jokingly..
"Well there was that Judge who he barged in on in the hotel room with his ex-wife, the ADA in Olivia and Beverly's case.." I laughed..
"He left the bench...He and his wife are in Private Practice out in the suburbs..." said Bee Bee..
''Well then we are screwed.. Forget ridiculously low bails or maybe bail at all." said Kahlil..
''We don't even know who the ADA is on this case..Most of the ADA's we know...Ron Harper, Miles Ellis, Rockland Cambridge,Yvonne Harris, Brittany Hughes..all try to avoid cases HE's involved in.." she said pointing to Lt. Tragg, who was smiling and heading our way...
He had on a freshly new tailored suit...His hair was perfect..A fresh manicure and a fresh new fragrance..He might be an asshole, but he could dress and he had style.. Couldn't take that away from him...
''Welllll Yvette and her fresh faced little eager beavers...How are you this great Monday Morning?" he said..
I wondered when he was going to stop referring to us as kids or "fresh faced little eager beavers"? We had been practicing law for three years now..And considering some of our cases and the attorneys we had worked with and been up against...We were as good as many lawyers with 10 years experience..
The Judge was Micheal King....The legal world's answer to Lt. Tragg…. He had been a sterling Defense Attorney and Assistant District Attorney in his day...and from what I hear was a pretty decent judge...Hard but fair...What he had in common with Lt. Tragg was he liked being on Television...He was the legal consultant both CNN and MSNBC went to when there was an important case in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Deleware and sometimes even New York City...The Local news affiliates often got a quote from him on an important case...
Even our good friend, B.L. Benz , host of the crime T.V. talk show HARD BOTTOM ,had Judge Micheal King on his show just like he used to have Lt. Tragg on his show..
Judge King was always worth a good quote...He dressed impeccably , every hair in place, always smelling good just like Lt. Tragg...
The difference was..He rarely if ever put his foot in his mouth or made a wrong prediction unlike our good lieutenant.
One thing was for sure..We were not going to get a $1000.00 bail or a $900.00 bail or an $800.00 bail like Judge Reynolds had been giving out.. He did that to screw with Lt. Tragg, who he despised deeply...
That was not going to be the case today...All though today was not going to be without it's drama..
II-
Our client, Luis Felicidad of Fishtown was on trial for the murder of Gladys Montana, the mother of his girlfriend.. It was known that she did not approve of their relationship...but he claimed he did not kill her...She had been stabbed to death...The room was bloody... A few drops of blood had been found on his clothes.. He said that that came from when he was pulling her screaming daughter from out of the bedroom where they both discovered the body after they had come home from the movies..
The Assistant District Attorney was a bright new face...Someone none of us knew or had ever heard of before..Abigail Sleet...
She certainly made an impression on Lt. Tragg..
"VA VA VOOOM.....OH MY GOD...SHE'S GORGEOUS!!!" he said... He couldn't take his eyes off of her...
Kahli argued that our client had no priors as an adult and was gainfully employed and not a flight risk..
Yvette seconded that and asked for reasonable bail to be set...
"I can't believe this. One day my life is like paradise...I was getting ready to propose to Sarita Montanya and now this...Aye Mios dios.."said Luis..
''Shhhh, calm down Luis.. That's why we are here. We are going to take care of this.."said Sofia.

Jade quietly observed the courtroom..
ADA Sleet argued that Luis Felicidad has an assault conviction and a three month stay in the State's Youth Facility from when he was 14 and that did qualify him as a violent predator..
Judge King knew she was dead wrong, but he couldn't take his eyes off of her...He was as enthralled with her as Lt. Tragg.. VA VA VOOOOM... MY GOD , SHE REALLY FILLS UP THAT DRESS! he thought to himself.!!!
Lt. Tragg's mouth was salivating..
Sofia argued vehemently that ADA Sleet was out of line and had no business bringing up a juvenile conviction from years ago...
Bee Bee argued that his juvenile offense should be stricken because those records were supposed to be closed...
Judge King didn't want to do it...But he had no choice..Both girls were correct...He struck all mention of his juvenile conviction from the records...
I brought in his Preist from his archdiosece and several other character witnesses from his job and from the local Boys and Girls clubs where he did volunteer work to vouch for his character..
While I was bringing forth and questioning each witness, something odd was happening and thus the basis for this story..
Lt. Tragg had been rubbing ADA Sleet's legs and running them up her skirt as was his annoying habit with a lot of the female ADA's...This had caused him to be slapped by ADA Yvonne Harris and threatened by both ADA Brittany Hughes and ADA Karen Page..
ADA Sleet gently removed his hands three times...but the fourth time..She jerked a little..His hands inched further up her skirt and began to softly rub her butt...then they inched onto the waistband of her panties.....This was usually the point at which his hands were removed , he received a harsh warning or in one case a slap...

She was shaking and sweating and a few tears were streaming down her face... Then she let out a sound heard throughout the courtroom-- "OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU OUUUUUUUUU HOOOOOOO HOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, OH MY GOD!! OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she yelled..
Lt. Tragg immediately removed his hands...He was as red as a beet!
I jumped, startled..
Ms. Yvette laughed, seeing my reaction....Then turned to Bee Bee and Sofia..
"If I didn't know better...I'd swear she was...She was having an orgasm..." she said.
"That's what I thought...but..but..but how?" said Bee Bee..
"The Lieutenant was using his magic fingers again...You know how he's done Karen Page and Yvonne Harris, who slapped the hell out of him and even Bridget..."said Sofia..

"Obviously."laughed Luis, who was smiling for the first time..
''Men!" said Jade, shaking her head and laughing..

"No..No..No..I'm alright...I would just like some water..." she said..She was sweating profusely...and very embarrassed!
Lt. Tragg had a pleased as punch look on his face ,that was as red as a beet...
''Artie....You are realll close... Reallll close !!Watch yourself.."said the Judge... "I'm going to release this young man, but ask that he be fitted with an electronic ankle bracelet and held under house arrest...You'll be allowed to go to work, but you must be at home by a certain hour and other than work you will only be allowed to meet with your attorney...No Bars, No Clubs, No Restaurants..." he said..
Luis hugged Sofia, Bee Bee and Ms. Yvette..
"Thank you guys so much...being in that hot jail cell was torture..I was certain I was headed back there.." he said..
"I know this isn't ideal...Having an ankle bracelet and restrictions...but it beats being locked up any day.."said Sofia.
"Order you food through UBER EATS or DOOR DASH...You can chill and relax at home while we work on your case.. My guys are excellent attorneys and Ms. Jade is a top notch investigator.. We'll get you off of this charge.."said Ms. Yvette..
"Plus the guy who arrested you is a class A idiot...If he made the arrest I'm certain he overlooked a lot." said Bee Bee..
"I know something he didn't overlook.." I whispered to Kahlil..
"You aint never lied home slice...He had her screamin, sweatin, shaking...That was one for the books.." laughed Kahlil....
In the Judges Chambers as we spoke..
ADA Sleet was admonishing Lt. Tragg..
"What the hell was that? What the hell is wrong with you? Do you always stick your hands up a ladies skirt? I could bring you up on sexual harassment charges.. I can't prosecute this case if I have to worry about your wandering hands..So knock it off!" she said..
Lt. Tragg smiled... He took her in his arms and kissed her passionately..
"It's not harassment baby, if you like it.." he moaned as he kissed her passionately for about SIX MINUTES..
"I-I-I don't even know you...What are you doing? Let me go..." she whispered..and eased out of his embrace..."How can you like me? You don't even know me." she said breathing heavily....
He moved back in for another kiss...but she pushed him away...
''No...Enough..." she said softly....
"Have dinner and drinks with me.." he said softly..
"No!!...I have to go home and prepare my case...The preliminary hearing is in two days.." she said..She got out of his embrace..
"Calm yourself down...Regardless of what you think , I am a professional..and I want to be treated as such...I don't want to have to say this again Lieutenant ." she said and left the Judges Chambers..
Lt. Tragg came to the door with a huge smile on his face and a huge erection he couldn't hide..

Night time came..We were at home, relaxing in our apartments..
Bee and I were in my apartment and Sofia and Kahlil were across the hall in his apartment..

That same night, Lt. Tragg ventured out
He found ADA Abigail Sleet's Apartment complex...
He rang her doorbell
He had a bottle of Champaigne with him...
She was shocked to see him at her door..
"Lt. Tragg" she sighed.. "What are you doing here? Do you always pay the Assistant District Attorney a visit you are working with on a case?" she asked, letting him in...
"Only the pretty ones " he joked..
Her apartment was very colorful...Art deco styled..
She took the bottle of Champaigne and poured two flutes for them both.,..
"Just what do you think you're doing? What do you think this is? Are you interested in me or something" she asked..
"Well that's quite obvious...Isn't it?" he answered...
"Oh how romantic...You finger me in court, bring me to an orgasm ,embarrass the hell out of me and then show up at my apartment without an invitation near midnight with champaigne..I bet you just sweep all of the girls off their feet that way don't you?" she laughed..
She went in her refrigerator and pulled out two steaks and put them on the grill...
"You hungry? I am...I've been studying and working out a trial strategy for this case...How do you like your eggs?" she asked..

She fixes a New York Strip Steak
and Fried Eggs ,Over Hard..
A second New York Strip Steak
and an omelette
They ate a nice late night meal and drank champaigne... They talked about the case...
She washed and dried the dishes as he sat on the couch watching her.. She looked at the clock..
"It's 12:30...Don't you think it's a bit late Lieutenant?" she said.
Now was the awkward silence..
He pulled her to him...and kissed her passionately.....
"Oh My God....You are certainly forceful and quite obvious too!" she said, feeling and looking at the huge bulge in his trousers...
"What do you really want? Why did you come here tonight?" she asked...
She knew...He thought he was getting laid..She didn't think so..Not tonight!
"Turn your lights down baby....You know what this is...You've always known..."said Lt. Tragg softly...as he hit her dimmer and turned the lights down low...
He kissed her slowly and softly..squeezing her body softly and almost moaning...
She eased out of his embrace and turned her lights back on...
"Okay...Okay...We will have to talk some more about all of this.....but I've got to get some sleep....You have to go home..Thank you for a nice visit..Good Night Lieutenant.." she said..
"But Baby?" he asked..
"GOOD NIGHT LIEUTENANT!And I am not your baby....I'm the Assistant District Attorney that is trying a murder case..That is all! GOOD NIGHT!" she said sternly..
He walked out of her apartment..
He stood in the street and looked up at her apartment....The light went out in her window..
