 We were hanging out in the building that housed our friend, Jasmine Coley's law firm...

Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and I were utilizing their huge law library, reading the arrest report and the

autopsy report and trying to fashion our initial arguments for the preliminary hearing for our client
Luis Felicidad tomorrow.

I laughed too...then turned to my laptop screen...

"No, check this out.." I said.

''Abigail Sleet was as it turned out two years older than the four of us...She was born in Philadelphia PA. She graduated from Hallahan High School for Girls.. She did her undergrad  at Georgetown..
She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. She returned to Philadelphia.

She served as a law clerk for Judge Ralph K. Walters., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, in Pennsylvania and subsequently clerked for Pennsylvania State Supreme Court Justice Fred Funkhouser Jr.. 

She then moved to New York City worked as an attorney at the New York-based law firm Smith , Jones, Wesson , Moss and Associates.

She abruptly left the firm last year and moved back to Philadelphia , where she is now a part of the District Attorney's office.. She's tried 21 cases to date and won them all!" I said.

 ''So we aren't dealing with a slouch...That just means we'd better have our A game in place when going up against her."said Kahlil..

 ''Indeed.." I said.

 "It didn't mention one thing about any Porn Movie work...I think Lt. Tragg just brought the freak out in her.."Joked Bee Bee..

We all laughed..

''She sounds like she's been working so hard all this time, She hasn't had any fun..Lt. Tragg just touched her where she hasn't been touched in a long while and she just responded..Poor Girl, I hope she doesn't wind up falling for him on the basis of that..." said Sofia.

 ''At least she doesn't live in our building.."said Kahlil..

They remembered the girl that lived in our building that Lt. Tragg tried to romance..When she got back with her husband and moved out..He got drunk and came down our hall bamming on our door, demanding to know where she went..

 ''Yes..When it goes south and it will..He can keep somebody else up at night.."said Sofia..

I laughed...

"You guys are sooo bad...Come on, let's get back to work." I said.

II-

 Five floors down in the conference room

 "I'm telling you Karen...I'm not making this up...You can ask Keith, Bee Bee, Sofia and Kahlil when they come down for lunch...The woman had an orgasm, a loud one right in the middle of the hearing..She was sweating, shaking, moaning...the whole works..."said Yvette..

 as she sipped her ice tea..

 ''She reminds me of me in the year after Rockland and I broke up..All I did was work...I might stop off for a drink or two, go home, work some more and sit in my bra and panties under the air conditioner and listen to Jill Scott CD's....That was my day to day...and when I didn't have a case..Just hang out at the office until late and go back home..

 Her drink, A Margarita , arrived..She had six more before the night was through...

 Sofia's drink, A Mango Martini arrived next..

 Bee Bee's drink..A Citris Martini arrived next

and our beers arrived after that...

It was a nice crowd for  a Tuesday Night and it not being Salsa Night...

 Ms. Jade joined us... She saw that we had a space for her saved in our booth and  she came over.

 She ordered a Margarita too..

"Okay...So from what I've been able to find out from the neighbors and friends... Mrs. Montanya never really liked Felicidad..and at one time she banned him from her home..She thought he was just a neighborhood thug going nowhere..

But Sarita, her daughter, continued to see him.. he got a good paying job as a Truck driver and he went to Community College at night and graduated last year with honors...He was intending to enter Lasalle College in September...

He had a nice apartment and had bought himself a little car...He helped Sarita buy a car too and from all accounts, Mrs. Montanya warmed toward him..She allowed him back in the home again...

So he was telling the truth...There was no bad blood between them.." said Jade.

 "I see our ADA is here tonight...Hope she has calmed down..."said Jade..

 "Not you too Jade..." said Sofia ,laughing..

 "Okay, so she and our client didn't have bad blood...we need to find a Blood splatter expert to testify that that blood on our client was transferred from Sarita's clothes after he pulled her from the room..
Why wasn't she arrested too? she had a lot of her mother's blood on her.?" I asked.

 ''Because Lt. Tragg is a knucklehead..who couldn't catch a suspect if a suspect confessed."said Bee Bee..

 "We have to find out if Mrs. Montanya had any enemies..any conflicts with anybody else.."said Kahlil..

Our Five Shrimp Baskets arrived...

We looked.. ADA Sleet was gone!

IV-

 ADA  Sleet arrived at her home... She found Lt. Tragg waiting for her outside her door..

 "Are you stalking me?" she asked as she entered her apartment..she was slightly tipsy...

 "I can't get you off my mind kid.."said Lt. Tragg as he entered her apartment..

"You Need to work on that...I don't think about you at all, except now..when I'm seeing you.." she said without smiling..

 He was still amazed by her apartment...It wasn't his cup of tea.

"I brought you some flowers.." he said..

 "They're beautiful....Thank you Arthur.." she said..She found  a vase, ran some cold water and put the flowers in them...

 "You're welcome baby..." he said..

 He took her in his arms and kissed her passionately...Only this time was different...She didn't pull away...She returned his passion......She continued kissing him...She was a little drunk and very horny...She hadn't had sex in three years and it seemed like everything was getting her horny now of days...

She walked into her bedroom..

''Wait a minute.." she whispered..

making love for the next EIGHT TO NINE HOURS... The bed was loud and noisy and squeaked loudly...The headboard was slamming hard against the wall...
