 Sam Mother put a plate of pancakes, sausages and hash browns out ...

Assistant District Attorney April Taylor sat down to eat when she felt hands up under her skirt..feeling her legs and atempting to rub her butt... She removed them..

"Mr. Handsy...Not this morning.. I have a court appointment in a few hours ." she said.

"Oh yeah? What you got goin on kid?" Lt. Tragg asked her..

"A Murder Suspect, Kim Slaughter turned herself in last night...

She came all the way from Patterson, New Jersey back to Philly.

She was flanked by her attorney, Yvette Jones-Lockwood and her husband, Gary, one of our investigators..

Her four young attorneys were over the courthouse early this morning trying to get a judge..." said April.

"WHAT?? THAT'S MY CASE!!   I WAS BY ONE OF THE LITTLE SNOT NOSE KIDS HOUSES LAST NIGHT!! THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME SHE WAS COMING IN!!!!" snarled a very livid Lt. Tragg.

"YOUR CASE? ohhhh nooooo!" she whispered...She had vowed never to work another case with Lt. Tragg...Whether she was sleeping with him or not..He still did imcomplete investigations that wound up helping the defense more than the prosecution... She like so many other Assistant District Attorneys hated working a case he was involved with...

"I gotta go kid...I'm going over to Yvette's office and give her, give all of them what for right this instance." he said, he tossed a couple of dollars on the counter ,paying for April's meal and his coffee and stormed out..

April just sighed..

Another fruitless trip to our old building and our old suite left him angry and frustrated...

We were a considerable distance away...in our new building..

in our conference room...

"You guys did a great job holding things down while I was away... Our client is in Central Booking..She knows not to say anything..We aren't going to the "Fishbowl" , We'll see her in court in two hours , is everybody ready?" asked Ms. Yvette.

''We managed to round up charactor witnesses from her job and her apartment complex."said Sofia.

"The Judge was not the best we could get, but the only one we could get on such short notice...Judge

Newton Cowley." said Bee Bee.

"Ughhhh He's a lech...Don't show too much cleavage ladies..and make sure your legs are crossed."said Ms. Yvette.

"He's that bad huh?" I asked.

"Let's just say, he makes Lt. Tragg look like a perfect gentelman.."said Ms. Yvette..who remembered being corned by this Judge years ago in the cafeteria and being asked what was her cup size?

"Wowwwwwww, we've got all kinds in the court system.."said Kahlil..

"Just like anywhere else.." said Ms. Jade.

And in our front office..

3 bouquets of roses arrived for Ms. Virginia, Yellow, Blue and White..

She blushed and was embarrased at the arrival of all these roses...She knew that everyone in the office knew they were from Jetty....Jetty had arrived about 15 minutes after she got home last night and he wasted no time getting her undressed as well as himself and getting her in bed..

Ms. Virginia smiled innocently...and then laughed..

The arraignment began...

Judge Newton Cowley was presiding... He could hardly believe his eyes..

He thought the defendent was cute...He ogled her cleavage....

He hadn't seen Ms. Yvette in years , but he remembered her...His eyes nearly bulged out of it's sockets, looking her up and down....

Youngsters, Beatrice Evans-Jones

and Sofia Garcia-Ahmed was driving him crazy...

as was Ms. Jade..

he paid Kahlil and I very little notice..

but the straw that really stirred his drink was Assistant District Attorney April Taylor.. He didn't know her..Had never seen her before...but he was enthralled with everything about her...Her blonde hair, her voice..Her legs...everything..

He was like a rooster in the hen house today...With all of these beautiful women in his courtroom of all shades....

Lt. Tragg sat next to her...His hand underneath her skirt, rubbing her legs and thighs with a pleased as 

punch look on his face... as red as a beet...

she removed his hands three times, finally yelling.. "WOULD YOU KNOCK IT OFF?"

"Lieutenant!! What is going on over there?  If it happens again, you're out of here..Do you understand?" said Judge Cowley...

"Er uhh Yes Your honor." said Lt. Tragg, angry with April for embarrassing him in court and angry at the judge, who he knew was a notorious lech himself..

The four of us snickered.....

ADA April Taylor argued that Kimberly Slaughter was wanted for the brutal murder of her "one time lover" and that she had fled to Patterson, New Jersey already before surrendering to law enforcement thus proving she is a flight risk.

Ms. Yvette,myself and Kahlil argued vigourously that our client was nowhere near the scene of the murder and that while she did flee...She had no idea she was indicted for murder for at least 48 hours..and that after doing so..She got in contact with her attorney of record and an investigator for the District Attorney's office and surrendered herself this very day...

Bee Bee brought 17 charactor witnesses from Kimberly's job to testify on her behalf...

Sofia presented 19 charactor witnesses who lived in her apartment complex to testify on her behalf..

Ms. Yvette gave her word that she would see to it that Mrs. Slaughter appeared in court...She said her client "Wants to fight these egregious murder charges and she desperately wants the custody of her child and her divorce to go through.." 

Any other judge that we use would have granted her bail...

But Judge Newton Cowley had tunnel vision...

all he could see was April Taylor..

He said- "Mrs. Jones-Lockwood, you and your attorneys have all made great points and have all come with a very impressive display...BUT, the fact remains that Mrs. Slaughter did flee the city to North Jersey and was missing close to a week before she surrendered herself.. I think she is in fact a flight risk and I am denying bail...She will be remanded to the Women's House of Corrections until the time of her trial.." he said and banged his gavel...

Even April was surprised that she won that exchange....She saw how well prepared Ms. Yvette and us were and she was certain Kim Slaughter was walking out on bail..

Seeing baillifs take a sobbing Kim Slaughter away really surprised her..

"Oh No...I'll never get my baby now.." said Kimberly crying profusely as she was handcuffed..

''You've got to trust me Kim...You've got to trust me...This is not over yet.." said Ms. Yvette.

"I thought we made a good case...As good as any of our others.."said Ms. Jade.

''We did.. We just  had the wrong Judge, that's all...His mind was somewhere else."sighed Ms. Yvette, who was very dissapointed.

''Wasn't hard to figure out where that was..."said Bee Bee.

''He couldn't take his eyes off ADA April Taylor from the time she entered the courtroom."said Sofia.

''Yeah, he really stuck it to Lt. Tragg didn't he?" laughed Kahlil..

"Didn't he though?" I laughed..

Ms. Jade howled..

In the hallway...Judge Cowley cornered April Taylor..

''Uh ADA Taylor.. May I have a word?   You Hungry?  I know a place that serves the thickest New York Strip Steaks and good beer." he said.

"Uh Your Honor..I uh don't think that would be too prudent.. You being the Judge in a case I'm trying in your court and all." said April..

He was in her personal space and his trousers were sticking out like a circus tent..She was trying to back up..

'Darlin, we won't talk about the case at all.. I don't want to talk about it..Do you?  Come on..We'll grab some dinner, and have some quiet conversation, not about this trial or anything legal ...I promise..What do you say?" he asked.

''Wellllll...uhhh..Okayyy!" she said.. And the two of them walked out together.

''Did you see that? He asked her out on a date...They can't do that..Can they?"I asked.

"It doesn't look all that good.. I mean, if they're just going to grab a bite to eat and not discuss the particulars of the case that is one thing...That's not something I would do.."said Yvette.

"How would we know if they are talking about the case?" asked Bee Bee.

''Yeah, how would we know?" asked Sofia.

"Trust me...I saw the bulge in his trousers...He is not interested in talking about that case.." said Kahlil..

Ms. Jade and I howled with laughter....

Ms. Yvette shook her head..

"Goofballs...Come on..Let's go back to our office..We got work to do..." said Ms. Yvette as we filed out of the courtroom.

Lt. Tragg was furious... Not at us for a change..We had just lost..we failed to get our client out on bail..No, he was angry at Judge Cowley and April for leaving together.

The Judge had good tastes. He took April to a Brazillian Steakhouse....

He didn't lie.. The steaks were thick and juicy...and delicious...They both thoroughly enjoyed their meals..

"Mmmmmmmmmm Your Honor, Everything is just delish!" said April Taylor..who was really enjoying her food..

Judge Cowley was enjoying his food too.. His left hand was snaking up her dress, gently rubbing the  waistband of her panties..

"Your honor...PLEASE!!! Come on now, this is just a polite dinner.." said April..

"Nothin polite about how I'm feelin about you baby!" he said.

Judge Cowley pulled her to him, His hand was still up her skirt...He tugged on the waistband of her panties again.., April finally moved his hands from under her skirt.........and moved her chair.

"Yes we are...You asked me out for dinner...The dinner was incredible. Why spoil a nice night huh?

I shouldn't even be out with you...I'm trying a case in your courtroom...This whole thing smacks of impropriety." said April..

He rubbed her legs some more as she finished her food.. He was already finished and the waiter had sent the check.. He sent his card to pay the bill. he ran his hands up her skirt ,ran his hands in between her legs and attempted to slip her panties down right there at the table..She vigorously removed his hands..

"Come on baby, stop playing hard to get!" he said..

"YOUR HONOR, STOP IT OKAY? Calm down..I'm not playing hard to get....I'm not playing at all."said April.

"Damnnn Counselor you are so sexy...Come on....Get with the program baby. I'm on the rise...And speaking of being on the rise...You have gotten a rise out of me.."said Judge Newton Cowley, whose trousers were once again standing out like a circus tent.

She knew this was a mistake.. She agreed because she was really hungry and she was angry at Arthur Tragg because of his handsiness..but this Judge was worse...Not only that...she wasn't the least bit attracted to him at all.

The Judge attempted to kiss her in the lips...She removed her head...he tried to move it back..She moved away...

"Would you PLEASE...STOP IT!" she said...

"BABY, YOU'VE GOT ME HOTTER THAN A CIGARETTE IN A GAS STATION..." he said.

He grabbed her behind and pulled her into him, He kissed her neck and the side of her face....She eased out of his embrace once again.. "Look you've got me all hard and everything...Now look, you don't want me walking out of here like this...do you? Come onnnnn." he chided..

"PLEASE STOP!!! STOP IT!" pleaded April...

Judge Cowley  knocked over a bar stool..Some of their briefs fell to the floor...His trousers were standing out like a circus tent...He was now grinding April up against the wall and breathing heavily... They were in the back near the restrooms...The steakhouse was packed.. Few people noticed or cared..

 "Oh My God...If I could just walk you in the back....I can't wait....I've got to have you...Ummmmmm." he moaned..

He forcefully kissed her without her permission!! ''Would you stop it please?" she asked him... "You've gotten in to me....I'd like to get INTO YOU!!! I can't stop....Do you really want me to stop April?" he moaned...

April had had enough..April slapped him hard twice and kneed him in the groin.....Patrons turned around...They heard the loud slaps... "YES...YES I DO!" she said firmly...

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!" he moaned and fell to the floor with a crash...

April grabbed her legal roller and immediately left the steakhouse..

Hailed a cab and left...

Unfortunately... At least two people filmed the entire incident and it went viral...before long, TMZ, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC and other news outlets had it...and by morning the story was out..

Prominent Judge sexually assaults  Assistant District Attorney that was trying a case in his courtroom..!!!

The story spread like wildfire..

and in our conference room , we watched it on our monitor and howled with laughter...

"I knew it.. I knew that wasn't a business lunch...I knew he had other business on his mind." I howled.

"Yeah, Monkey business..I told you."said Kahlil.

"I saw that huge bulge in his trousers..I knew he had sex on his mind.."said Bee Bee.

"I'll bet old Lieutenant Tragg is furious." said Sofia.

Jade and Ms. Virginia were laughing so hard they had to hold each other..

But Ms. Yvette's mind was busy working..

"You guys are laughing, but this is a golden opportunity...We have grounds to ask both of them to recuse themselves. That date between a Judge and an Assistant District Attorney trying a case in his courtroom smacks of impropriety and now everyone has seen it..How could we possibly get a fair trial?" asked Yvette.

''Are you kidding? After what she did to him, the Judge might be on our side the rest of the trial." said Ms. Jade.

Me, Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and Ms. Virginia howled with laughter as the video of ADA Taylor slapping Judge Cowley and kneeing him in his groin played over and over again and the reporters weighed in and laughed about it as much as we did.

Ms. Yvette laughed a little bit herself but said.

"I'm filing a motion that both of them recuse themselves.. Maybe we'll get a better judge..." she said.

The story of the "Randy "Philadelphia Judge who got a little too handsy and gropey went viral and gained national attention...The Late Night Comedians had a field day with it..

Assistant District Attorney April Taylor was hailed by Women's groups....Her judgement was questioned by others...Being an Assistant District Attorney and taking a lunch date with a Judge who you were trying a case in front of smacked of impropriety some said... April asked for  AND GOT recused from the trial...She took a leave of Absence and went to San-Francisco.

Judge Newton Cowley, hugely embarrassed by all of this also recused himself from trial....He was the laughingstock of the nation...

CURLEY'S BAR-

Ms. Yvette couldn't have been happier...

We all attended a St. Patrick's day celebration at Curley's Bar that night after getting the news..

Me, Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil, Jessica and Chip were all at a big round table..

''Did you guys hear? Judge Newton Cowley recused himself from the trial" I said.

"Good! He was biased anyway as well as being a world class dog!"said Bee Bee.

"That's good news...The Bad news is, waiting for a new judge to be assigned will take time and that's more time Kim will spend in jail." said Sofia.

"We should visit her and bring food.." said Kahlil.

"That will make her feel better.."said Jessica..

"You're making me feel better right now.."whispered her husband, Chip who was holding her around the waist..

She turned and gave him a soft, sweet kiss...

Seated Next to us at another big round table was Jazzy and Dabnis, Kayla and Ray, Beverly and Nelson, Bresha and Tony and Josie and Paris.

"I feel so bad for April..How humiliating..." said Jazzy, who worked with April Taylor briefly when she had been an Assistant District Attorney.

"Serves her right..She knew better than to go to lunch, dinner or anything with the JUDGE, THE JUDGE of the case she was working... A Defense Attorney and an ADA going out is risky enough."said her husband, Dabnis.

"Dabnis is right, I just wouldn't have done it." said Kayla.

"Yeah..It just doesn't look good...Not at all." said Ray.

"Auntay and I were talking..we think maybe she went out with him on purpose to give Ms. Yvette a reason to ask for recusal." said Beverly, laughing..

"Maybe...but she couldn't have wanted this type of embarrassment.." said Nelson.

"They did go to an out of the way place....They weren't seen by any of the lawyers." said Bresha.

"Maybe...but somebody seen em.."laughed her husband Tony.

"You know..they could've gone , had a nice meal and then quietly left and gone to a hotel and no one would have been the wiser..He had to get all handsy and gropey in the restaurant.."said Josie.

"They wasn't goin to no hotel...That's what the whole thing was about.. dude shot his shot and she wasn't about it..."said Paris as their whole table burst into laughter..

Beers and Hot wings flowed tonight..

At one last big table, was the rest of our entourage,. Olivia, Donnie Ray, Ms. Yvette, Gary, Ms. Jade, Danny Ho, Ms. Alfreda and Ms. Virginia.

"I'm happy for you Vettie....I know that Judge...He's a Racist and sexist Pig... I tried a case in his courtroom once.. After ruling against me all morning...He had the nerve to put his arms around my waist after trial and ask me out for drinks...tried to palm my butt too...I gave him a resounding NO and went about my business..  I know April though..She's smart.. She certainly knows better...I think she wanted to be recused from that trial..That's why she allowed you to see her saying yes to the Judge's overture," said Olivia.

"She hates working a trial that Lt. Tragg is involved in as much as the other ADA's...In fact I only know one guy who doesn't mind.. ADA Jim Shooter."said Donnie Ray..

"Mindless Magillicutty..Oh of course." said Yvette.

Gary, Jade, Danny, Alfreda and Virginia burst into loud laughter..

''Livy, you'e right about April being smart...but even she couldn't have anticipated all of this.. She made national news...All the late night comedians are having a feild day with it.."said Yvette.

"Poor Thing...I heard she took a leave of absence and went to San -Francisco.."said Olivia.

"She is a smart girl.. She interned under me when she first passed the bar.. I always liked April.

Of course the real loser here is Lt. Tragg...He's got nobody's panties to rip off that at least didn't mind." said Virginia..

The entire table erupted in laughter....

More Beers and wings were delivered to all three tables..

Lt. Tragg walked in just then... He saw our three tables together in the middle of the bar.. Naturally, he walked over to our area...

"You guys do everything together don't you? Live on the same block...Work in the same profession..Don't you ever get tired of each other?" he asked..

"No ,but I can tell you who we DO GET TIRED OF!" said Virginia.

Everyone at the table snickered...

Beverly ,who had wandered over to the table whispered to Jade.

"I just love her.."

"Oh Me too! she said what I was thinking." said Jade.

Alfreda kissed Virginia on the cheek..

All the fight was gone from Lt. Tragg, He smirked and walked away, over to the bar..

Much to Curley's relief.. He wanted a nice night..drinking and talking and having fun.. No fighting or arguing..

He gave us all free samples of something called Passion Poppies...

"I am soooo glad none of us drove here tonight and that we are going back on the buses.." said Yvette.

"Damn girl your breasts look like they are popping out of that blouse.."whispered Gary to Yvette.

"Now aren't you glad you're married to me now and don't have to just dream about em?" asked Yvette seductively...

''Every damn day baby!" said Gary...

ADA Rockland Cambridge and Judge Jetty Dukes walked in at the same time...

Both Alfreda and Virginia were glad to see them both...They gave them their seats and sat in their laps...

"Ummmmmmmmmmm... Have some wings..."said Alfreda, putting a barbecued wing in Rockland's mouth..

"Ummmmmmm we stayin at Liv's tonight....I can't wait.." he whispered in her ear...she giggled.

"I'm gonna get it aint I?" Alfreda laughed..

''What are you having? Beer, wings or whiskey?"asked Virginia..

"I just want you." he whispered in her ear..

''You always want me.." giggled Virginia.

It was nice seeing everybody happy and content...At least for one night...but tomorrow was another day...We had to get back to work!
