ADA Diane Baranski has a 75 inch TV Monitor on her wall....On this day , she had the images and breakdowns of all of the attorneys she and her partner,Jake and possibly another attorney would be facing in this trial, this murder trial of Farrah Griffen....

Lt. Tragg was in her office....

"Nice touch, that monitor...." he said and smiled.

"Do you see who's on that monitor?  The team we will be going up against...They are no slouches...Olivia and her niece, Beverly like myself are IVY Leauge trained Attorneys and veterens of many trials....Josie, has an MBA from PENN and a Law Degree from Drexel....Nelson went to a very good law program in New York and Bresha has acquitted herself quite well in recent trials..Look at her teachers...."said Diane..

"I've known Olivia, Beverly and Nelson for many years...Longer than you have...I know all about them/" scoffed Lt. Tragg.

"Then you should know how well they prepare... Donnie Ray and some other guy, I think another Private Investigator have been out to the Straight Up Motel...talking to the staff,looking at the manifest and talking to over 100 people...Most I'm told were not co-operative....They've also been over the crime scene looking for something...I don't know what.... That's what Jake asked you to do...but you didn't do it! Olivia has been up to Valhalla with another person, a Para-legal to see Farrah Griffen almost everyday and she's taken food.. The other four are probably doing what I was doing the past few days...

Research... everybody is working hard ,preparing for this trial except you..." said Diane softly...

"I've given you a good case..Motive, Opportunity, a witness who places her in the room in an argument with the victim now what more do you need? This conviction is practically gift wrapped."said Lt. Tragg.

"No it's not!  Her fingerprints and DNA are not in the room, despite the Hotel Manager seeing her in the doorway arguing.. He saw her hours before at around 6:30 pm... Abbott was killed around 4:00 AM in the morning. No One Jake and I talked to remembers seeing Farrah again until she checked out at 7:30 am in the morning.  If I am punching these holes in the argument.. Olivia and Beverly and company will be punching bigger holes." said Diane softly...

"Wait a minute, you and Jake visited the crime scene?   That's my crime scene!!" said Lt. Tragg,

"THEN ACT LIKE IT, RECANVAS THE SCENE, ASK SOME QUESTIONS, GET US SOME MORE EVIDENCE!!!" she snarled...

He was startled by her tone!  He didn't like it and he didn't like being talked to like that...He got up, stomped his foot and stormed out of her office...

Meanwhile at the VAHALLA WOMEN'S DETENTION CENTER-

Farrah got a big surprise today...

"SURPRISE!!! AUNTAY DIDN'T COME TODAY, BUT WE DID!" said Beverly....

"We are ready to go....I wonder if the prosecution is ready as well?" asked Bresha..

"We should be so lucky..." said Jade.

"Nah, ADA Diane Baranski and Jake Patais have him busy recanvassing that murder case out at the Straight Up Motor Lodge...He's mad as hell..He insists he did a thorough investigation and there is no more to find.

''Which means there is plenty...If he's at the Straight Up Motor Lodge, I imagine there is a lot of fingerprints and interesting DNA to be found and it's not convicted criminals either." laughed Virginia, thinking about the reputation of that place.

I already told my suspicions to Donnie Ray and he's going to check out the car soon... Meanwhile I'm watching street cam footage of everyone around that Motor Lodge in the early morning hours." said Nelson..
