Two Down

 For the next TWO WEEKS, All anybody in Philadelphia was talking about was that "Super Attorneys" Olivia Bennett-Alexander and her firm were being sued by heavy hitter Attorney, Ericka Crawley , daughter of the hometown hero and entreprenaur, Willie Crawley Jr. , who they once represented in several sexual assasult cases a few years back.

Erika Crawley spoke to the press at length...She was as bad as Lt. Tragg, when it came to mugging for the press..

"I understand that Olivia and Beverly are hometown favorites, but so was my dad and they dragged him through the mud... Through the mud and I'm suing them..When I'm finished, they won't have a law firm, they won't have that property they own and they'll all be scrambling for new jobs and a new place to live..So All you law firms out there...Need good  attorneys? They'll be four good ones and a young intern looking for employment." she said,laughing along with the press..

For their part, Olivia, Beverly, Donnie Ray, Nelson, Josie and even Bresha stayed out of the public spotlight...And when cornered by the press...They had no comment...None at all.

They were our good friends and we felt really bad for them...We didn't give any comment to the public at all and not a clue to what our strategy was..

The Press set up outside their Duplex/Office everyday hoping to get a statement..or a photograph of them...but they got nothing..

Our resentment towards Erika Crawley grew everyday by leaps and bounds. We couldn't wait to get her in a courtroom!

Jessica and Chip were mobbed at the door, as were the delivery men from Grub Hub, Uber Eats and elsewhere who delivered our meals..

Alfreda came to the door and gave them a tongue lashing!

At her apartment complex...

Ericka Crawley laughed.

"They're scared...They ought to be...I kinda wish I was going up against Olivia and Beverly themselves." she snorted.

Her doorbell rang...She answered the door.

It was Bert Vanderberg, A Private Investigator she hired. He was an ex-FBI agent..She heard he was good.

"I got the information you wanted on all of em..Can't get close enough to their house for wiretaps..They never leave." he said.

"I don't need wire taps...I know I can slaughter anything they bring against me and any one.." she said confidently...Now let's see what you got." she said.

She looked at the files on those Attorneys..First The Defense Team...

"Thanks !  See ya later." she said.

Bert smiled, shook his head and let himself out.

"It's your funeral." he said.. He had no idea , how right he was!

Erika's doorbell rang again..

''My God, Who is it now?" she asked. She opened the door only to see to her surprise, a man she thought she had left behind..

"Erika...what are you doing?" said Attorney Garland Green, who had moved to Atlanta...

His deep baritone was so sexy, she thought...It always got her aroused...

"Greg Garland...What are you doing here? How did you find me?" she asked.

"It wasn't hard...You're the same as you were in Atlanta...You never saw a Microphone or T.V. camera that doesn't have your name on it.. You're suing  friends of mine, A law school classmate of mine, Olivia Bennett-Alexander..

and you're going up against another friend and former classmate, Yvette Jones.." he said.

''She's an old bed buddy of yours too I understand..This Yvette person...Believe me, it's not personal, it's business. I don't know either of them personally and only met Olivia once..when I served her and her niece and her associate attorney. They soaked my father a few years ago..They have to pay. " said Ericka..

"You're full of shit...You can bullshit the public, but you can't bullshit me..Your daddy cut you off a few years ago...because of your gambling...You always having to call up here for money..I heard you were betting on the outcome of some of your cases. You could be disbarred for that...You really screwed the pooch on that McMillan case...Please tell me you didn't bet on the outcome of that?? Oh My God, How much are you into Tony for?" asked Greg Garland.

"Greg, the less you know...The better for you okay?...Just stay out of it..Go back to Atlanta..forget you knew me.."said Ericka.

"We were Bed buddies for awhile, weren't we..?" he whispered ,using his deep baritone voice..

He took her in his arms...She felt her legs , getting weak.

"Greg please don't do this." she whispered...

''What am I doing baby?" he said...

They were kissing passionately...

He unhooked her bra...slipped her sundress off and slipped her panties down... It seemed as if his trousers ,shirt and tie, suit jacket and socks and shoes just magically came off..She couldn't remember him undressing...She was so entranced..

A HALF HOUR later Greg had Ericka bent over the bathroom sink , while he plowed into her..

"OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! OHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GODDDDDDD!!!" she moaned....

"OHHHH MY GODDDDD, GREG!!! YOU'RE A BEAST!!!!" she exclaimed..

"UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM..ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!" he moaned.

They were rocking so hard the foundation of the sink was coming apart..

and within an HOUR they were on the living room floor..

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH   GREG...OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" she screamed..

"DAMNNNNNNNN!!" he yelled... "I'VE BEEN MISSING THIS FOR TWO MONTHS! !!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" he screamed.. as she banged both of her fist on the floor...

GREG was near delirium.....

"OUUUUUUUUU I'M CUMMING!!" she yelled as her legs began to shake furiously and she moved her head from side to side...sweat and tears just flowing down her face..

Greg was sweating profusely...

She had a trial to oversee today... Beverly's trial was up first...

Beverly's trial began in District Court...

Judge Percy Reynolds was presiding...

Beverly was represented by

Ericka had hired two heavy hitters from Atlanta to try the case against Beverly West-East...One was Cheryl Drake , a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney , who ironically enough had lost a case to Beverly and her aunt just months before.

And the other,  Alexander Winters, a very good Attorney out of Atlanta were there to represent Ericka Crawley in the suit..  Ericka was absent from the trial.

Since Beverly's trial was the first, naturally her mother,

"They don't have a case." I said to my wife Bee Bee.

"There are going to be some things come out, that Mr. Crawley isn't going to like."said Bee Bee.

"Gosh, he was a creep...So many women... and raping people." said Sofia.

"This was a trial, they didn't want, they should of let this go."said Kahlil.

"They'll find out."said Jade.

Also at the trial, but not sitting with us was Lt. Tragg...He was enjoying Olivia and her team on the spot and especially Beverly, who he had verbally jousted with many times, being on trial...He knew this day was coming!

He despised Attorneys on both sides.. He hated Dabnis Coley

One half of Beverly's defense team..

and he hated  former ADA Cheryl Drake...who was on the other side..He wasn't sure which side he wanted to see win..

A lot of nasty here to for unknown things about Willie Crawley Jr. came out in the trial....

The Press was having a field day with the new revelations.. and the documentary, "Puddin and Panties" by Sean Jackson was streaming on Televisions around the nation.

THREE DAYS LATER-

"Has the jury come to a decison?" said the Judge Percy Reynolds

"We have your honor..We rule in favor of the defendent, Mrs. Beverly West- East." They said.

Beverly leaped for joy...

"Told you we had your back cuz!~" said Kayla..

"Piece of cake." laughed Dabnis.

"I'm so happy for you baby." said Alfreda.

"Congratulations Beverly...I knew they didn't have a case against you." said Rockland.

Her Aunt Olivia hugged her and kissed her ..

"Neicey Poo...I'm so happy for you baby girl." said Olivia., hugging her and rocking her from side to side.

"Shortcakeeeeeee"said a jubilant Donnie Ray.

Her husband, Nelson

 kissed her passionately,...

"Ummmmmmmmm , come her baby.." he moaned in between kisses.

"Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" she cooed...

and Josie, who's trial was up next  said..."One down, One to go."

Bresha was in tears...

"I'm sooo happy for you Beverly." she said.

and her boyfriend, Tony was there for moral support..

"Congratulations Bev, They aint have nothin on you..Nothing and I'm sure they have less on Josie." he said.

Ms Yvette hugged Beverly..

"You've always been like my niece too! Congratulations Baby girl." she said.

"Thanks Ms. Yvette."said Beverly.

Me, Bee Bee, Sofia, Kahlil and Jade surrounded Beverly, giving her hugs and kisses..It was that kind of Day.

In her downtown office, the news of her defeat in Beverly's case stunned Erika Crawley..

"WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT?  I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!  I DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!   Those two boobs had one job to do...Just one job and they screwed it up.!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! " she screamed to the top of her lungs..

TWO DAYS LATER-

Josie Boyd's trial began...

Attorneys Jasmine Coley and Ray St. Jacques  represented her...

The Attorneys for the opposing side was Jerry Haney, a local attorney, who was the former District Attorney of Bayside..Said to be a good prosecutor and litigator..

Assisting him was 

Audrey Payton, A top litigator from Atlanta...

And John Rocket, a former Judge, Former Assistant District Attorney and also a top litigator from out of Washington D.C.

Ericka Crawley had put together a good team of attorneys , but unlike Beverly's trial..She was in court to personally supervise this trial...She had really wanted to get Beverly and was furious that that  first team had lost...

Josie's  boyfriend, Paris, was sitting front and center,

Alfreda and ADA Rockland Cambridge were there..

Naturally, Olivia, Beverly, Nelson, Donnie Ray, Bresha and Tony were there...As was Ms. Yvette, Myself, Bee Bee,Sofia, Kahlil and Ms. Jade.

Jessica and Chip had missed Beverly's trial, but were here for Josie's..

Even Gary came..

My Father  ,Judge Keith Morrison was presiding..

THREE DAYS LATER-

''Has the Jury come back with a verdict?" asked my father.

"Yes we have your honor and we rule in favor of the defendent, Ms. Josephine Boyd." said the foreman..

Josie and Paris had a congratulatory Kiss..

"And that's how it's done." said Jazzy , high fiving Ray..

"Yes Mammmmmmmm!" said Ray....ecstatic at beating Erika Crawley and her team...

Ray's wife Kayla and Jazzy's Husband Dabnis was there to congratulate them..

''Way to go Jazzy girl, you were at your cut-throat best..." said Kayla, hugging her and kissing her on the cheek..

"Ray , they ought to call you "Ice Tray...you were cold mannnn!" said Dabnis/.....

Dabnis looked at Ms. Yvette and us..

"Okay, I expect you guys to kick ass next week.." he said.

"I'm going to do my very best for you Olivia." said Ms. Yvette.

"Vettie...I know you will...I wouldn't have picked you if I didn't think you could.."said Olivia..

"I know you're both relieved, that this is over." said Bee Bee.

"Partially over..the big one is next week..We can't wait to get in court.." said Sofia.

"I'm glad we can help out with the defense now."said Josie.

"No...I want you two to lay back...We are defendents.... Our legal team is good enough..They have it under control." cautioned Olivia.

"If this is the best she's got...She's going to lose.and lose bad." said Beverly."

"It's Tuesday...Let's all go to Aqua Bar for drinks and Salsa." I said...

"You with it Nels?" asked Kahlil.

"Yeah if you guys are.." said Nelson..

He had his arm around Bresha.

She was crying...She was so happy for both Josie and Beverly...

Tony looked around..

He saw Donnie Ray, Gary, Jade ,Chip and Jessica talking quietly in a corner...

It had been a good week and a half for our side..We couldn't wait to get into court.

Lt. Tragg weighed in with the press...

"If this is the best this lady can do...She's going to be soaked.. I've uh battled with all of these attorneys myself..They're no slouches..This Crawley dame has bitten off more than she can chew." said Lt. Tragg in a moment of rare praise.  He had attended both trials..

Erika Crawley addressed the press...

"Of course I am uh very dissapointed in the outcomes of both of these trials, but the big one, the most important one is next week and the results will be different , I assure you." she said..

IV-

Josie's....Tuesday night.

Ericka sat alone in the bar...She was on the phone getting chewed out..

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?  I settled out of court with those two girls years ago and they kept their side of the bargain...You...YOUUUU , you sue them  and now all of this stuff is out about me that I didn't want out...WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" screamed a very angry Willie Crawley Jr.

"I was trying to recoup your money..I felt as though they took advantage of you...I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE A RAPIST!" snarled Ericka..

"YOU WATCH YOUR TONGUE...You've lost both cases...Now drop this case against Olivia..DROP IT...YOU CAN'T WIN!" he said..

"I can win...I'm a winner...You just never saw it DADDY!" she said.. "I'm going to own that firm and that property...It'll be yours daddy." she said, crying profusely..

"How much are you in the hole for? You don't fool me..." he said.

She angrily hung the phone up..

She saw Greg Garland coming through the crowd.

"I was surprised you called me..." he said.

"I need to be with you..I need to spend the night with you..No questions, No Judgements.." she said..She was crying..

''Okay, you want a drink or something?" he asked.

"No...I just want to go." she said.

They got in his car and pulled off..

Nightfall came and Yvette was home with her husband, Gary Lockwood, Investigator for the D.A.'s Office..

Gary had gotten home first and had been waiting up for her.

He smiled upon seeing her..

"Hey Baby.You have a week before yo guys go to court and from the looks of things..You got nothing to worry about!" he said.

He poured her a cup of Orange Herbal tea that she liked.

"Ohhh thank you baby....Just what a girl needs tonight. We are as ready as we'll ever be for trial." she laughed and took her heels off... She took her pantyhose off too..

|"I wonder who the judge will be?"said Yvette.

"Doesn't matter You guys got a great defense from what Donnie Ray and Jade said..Those five attorneys on her team were all heavy hitters and Jazzy , Ray, Dabnis and Kayla made mince meat out of em..Even with that Ericka babe supervising. Wait till she runs into you guys.." said Gary.

Gary rubbed her feet as she sipped her tea...

"Ummmmmm you really know how to take care of a woman don't you? she cooed.  "You're my biggest cheerleader....and for that, you have earned yourself , some good loving.." she said.

She put the cup and saucer in the sink and took Gary by the hand and led him to the bedroom, where he watched her undress..

Soon , Yvette was sitting on the bed in her red lace baby doll...His new favorite...

"Oh My Godddd..."said Gary, his eyes nearly bulging out of his head.....

He pulled Yvette to him and began kissing her passionately..gazing  at her bra and panties on the ottoman.
