Midnight approached us...

Everyone was in their rooms...

"I can't believe him...he swore to me that he didn't do this...He said you were blackmailing him..." he said..

"Blackmail??I haven't asked for a penny...I have nothing to gain...I'm spending money for Olivia ,Beverly and their team

to represent me....I'm not gaining a thing.."she cried...

''What do you want?" Alex asked..

"I want the truth about him to be heard....He should not be sitting on the state supreme court ..A rapist shouldn't be passing judgement over anybody.."said Susan..

"Baby Girl is this revenge?" asked Alex.

"No...This is Justice! He's one of your firm's biggest clients...I know that...You have him on retainer..Tell me, why didn't you rep him?" asked Susan...

"Glenda Barnes come highly recomended...She is excellent at this...The firm thought it would be better if someone not so close to the Judge personally represent him."said Alex..

"You were close to me once...Alex.."she whispered softly...

"I'm still your friend...You don't know how much this distresses me baby girl.."said Alex..

"Then why have you taken so long to come talk to me...?  "asked Susan Blacke, beginning to cry again...

Alex took her into his arms....before he realized what was happening , they were kissing..

In a bar in downtown Boston....Judge Wiley has ordered another round of drinks for his Attorney, Glenda barnes.

He repulsed her to the point that she wanted to vomit...She just could not...She broke his embrace straightened out her clothes and her hair...

"You're married.I don't mess around with married men." she said.

''Milton...go home..." she said and walked away,

leaving him standing there....breathing heavy...

She took one last look at him like she was seeing him for the first time..and shook her head in disgust.

The next morning , Olivia stood on the corner in downtown Boston...sipping a tumbler of coffee...She looked alone in her thoughts...

Elwood saw her from a distance...

 "Seems like if we prove this happened there still might be an indictment...The Statute of Limitations isn't up yet..."said Beverly.

 "You've got a point Bev...We may yet be up here again to represent her.."said Nelson..

"Maybe I'll represent her...Just wishful thinking."laughed Josie..

 Olivia and I put our arms around Josie..

"Ohhh I'd love to see that Josie..You taking on your first case."said Olivia.

"Me too!"I said ,smiling..

"That makes Three and Four of us.."said Beverly, hugging Josie...

Nelson saw a crowd of reporters headed towards the courthouse..

"This is it guys...Showtime!" he said..

Olivia turned towards me and gave me the sweetest, slowest kiss ever..

I smiled.... but I couldn't help but think that there was something different about today...I could see it in the slightly overcast sky and feel it in my gut...I couldn't put my finger on it...but I could feel a shift somewhat!

Elwood Barnes watched us from across the street, his phone rang...

''Oh Who could this be?" he wondered..."Hello" he said. It was Glenda.

'When does your flight leave Elwood?" she asked.

"Tomorrow morning...You hadn't answered my calls or my texts I was..."said Elwood...before he was cut off..

"I'm at my apartment...You want to come over and spend the day???....You uh said you might like one last romp..." she said..

"Don't you have to be in court...The hearing starts in an hour.."said Elwood...

"I'm not going to take part in that hearing...I've made other arrangements...."said Glenda..

"WHATTTTT??? You didn't do this for me did you?" asked Elwood...

"Don't be ridiculous...Of course not...buttttt since I've got the day off and I'm almost like super naked..I thought you'd like to spend the day with me...You'd better hurry up before I change my mind.." she said..

"I'm there!  Catching a cab right now!" said Elwood..
